Jenny was our waitress and was such a sweetheart! We had a great time! The no name roll was the best and the ginger salad was the best I ever had

I’ve always been told the best sushi will melt in your mouth, and the bad quality you will be chewing on endlessly. Atmosphere is great, service was great, and food was the best!

Visited during Restaurant Week for the sushi-sashimi bento box. It was a great meal, especially for the value! For $20 I got 4 slices of sashimi, 4 sushi, vegetable tempura, and a salad. The veggies were cooked perfectly - soft inside crunchy outside, and the fish was delightfully fresh! I’m only here for a few days, but may swing by again because it was THAT GOOD

Always a delightful dining experience, whether lunch or dinner. I've been going to this restaurant for almost 30 years now and have not had a bad experience. The best sushi in Stamford!

Really impressed with the quality of fish and service at this spot. Not a lot of dinner traffic - so I was suspicious. But the sashimi, service and sake were superlative! In short - great spot for a great Japanese meal! Will definitely be back!

I've been going to Kotobuki for many years now, and it has become my absolute favorite Japanese restaurant in town. The people who work there are amazing--they're kind, friendly, and always make me feel welcome. And the food...oh my goodness, the food is just unbelievable. If you want real Japanese sushi, this is the place to be. It's a hidden gem where you can get oysters, mackerel, and red snapper straight from Japan. The blue tuna is also particularly noteworthy. And the homie atmosphere just makes the experience that much more enjoyable. I highly recommend Kotobuki to anyone who wants to experience authentic Japanese cuisine.
