CHOMP Food Hall

Came here just to try Chef Nath’s food, and it really blew us out of the water! First, the food draws inspiration from different Southeast Asian and East Asian flavors, and Chef Nath really pulls them all together in new ingenious ways. The tea leaves salad is one example: so delicate, so delicious, and so flavorful. Second, all the ingredients used are organic, so you have a peace of mind eating it. The light flavors really bring out the freshness and natural flavors of the herbs and spices, and it’s such a welcome respite from the also delicious but heavy New Mexican cuisine. And third, Chef Nath personally greeted us and explain her philosophy behind her food as well. She’s so lovely, and I will definitely stop by again the next time I find myself in Santa Fe. Take note, however, that Nath’s Cuisine has different opening hours from the food hall. Nath is only open 12pm to 7.30pm Wed to Sun.

We are at Nath's Khmer cuisine. I had an amazing turmeric noodle lunch with vegetable spring rolls. My wife had vegan pad Thai and vegetable spring rolls. Delicious food! Nath is super nice and her food is great tasting, healthy, gluten free, and organic. Amazing.

Update 3* Watched 2 different people from 2 different eateries wear their aprons into the bathroom 🤢 please don't do this. 🚫 There's nowhere to hang them up right outside or in the bathroom (wouldn't matter anyway it's 1 room no stalls no separation, germs everywhere) and there was not enough time that passed where they could possibly remove them & put them back on. I dont really want to eat at those places now and one of them was my favorite. You tend to touch and use your apron while cooking in ways you dont tend to touch and use a uniform. If this is normal all over it really shouldn't be and Im going have to rethink eating at a lot of places. Update 5* Finally came back to Nath's the pad Thai and Tom yum are delicious as are the spring rolls scarfed down the spring rolls and Tom yum so all you get is a pic of the pad Thai, with tofu and Chile oil All the food is amazing, Naths was closed today, it's my favorite, but Zaika and Poki Tako hooked it up. Chomp is amazing . Original 5* The food is delicious here. Gorgeous Poki bowls picture speaks for itself. They have gluten free options. May be able to make stuff vegan or vegetarian..but you probably need to ask. I'm unsure Poki Tako has gluten free options Naths is gluten free, and has veganvegetarian Zaika has gluten free and vegan vegetarian Haven't had the pizza or Alex's Mediterranean yet. The bar is well stocked.

We went in and got ice cream at Hello Sweet Cream, we had never tried this place. Took our grandkids with us. We really enjoyed the ice cream. The only problem is that they only offer like six or seven flavors. But we are in the area we would go again.

Super cute food hall. Pizza place, bar, and charcuterie place were all open and very cute. The cheese place is absolutely phenomenal. They have artisan cheeses I've never seen or tried before and they were so knowledgeable and willing to give samples. I bought some butter and an off menu item and it was delightful. Just a bit lacking on the communication - the bbq place is open weird hours and the Cambodian place is closed for a month.

Salsa and Bachata Sunday nights. The first and third Sunday's are the best... Great dance floor and great people to dance with . Awesome DJs... Most restaurants are closed so I can't really comment on the food and service.

CHOMP Food Hall retaliated against me leaving a bad review with Picnic, banning me from the building, and calling the police after I had already left. in response to the owner’s response: I am still waiting for a clear explanation of what "malicious behavior" allegedly occurred. When I asked for details, I was told only that I "know what I did." This ban appears to be direct retaliation for my initial review. To clarify the owner's claims: I did not harass customers. After leaving the building, I stood on the public sidewalk to take photos witch is protected by the First Amendment freedom of press. I had no interaction with any patrons. I have followed through on my word and filed a formal report with the Better Business Bureau regarding this experience. In my view, the owner's response is an attempt at character assassination to distract from poor management. Unless the business can provide specific evidence of harassment, I believe their claims are entirely fabricated to justify retaliating against a critic.
