Really enjoyed the menu set, especially the green leaves! I had fun making the wraps (ssam) and the spicy pork was tasty. They were attentive to the details. They even provided alcohol wipes for cleaning your hands.

I recently contacted K Star to inquire about catering for a team of 12. To my surprise, the owner, Ki, personally called me back to explain their catering process. He shared that their catering packages are designed for larger groups and include large trays of food. Ki was genuinely concerned that ordering for 12 people would result in too much food going to waste. When I asked if they could prepare smaller trays and offered to pay extra (because our team was set on having food from K Star), Ki explained that it wasn’t about the money. Instead, it was about maintaining the integrity of his food, both the flavor and the aesthetic presentation. He emphasized that he could not compromise on the quality and pre-portioned design of their dishes, which really impressed me. Despite this, Ki went out of his way to accommodate us by delivering individual bowls for our team so we could still enjoy their food. The attention to detail and commitment to quality were unparalleled. The food was absolutely delicious, and the personal care Ki and his team showed left a lasting impression. It is rare to find a restaurant where the owner takes the time to personally call and explain their philosophy, let alone make accommodations while staying true to their standards. This experience highlighted not only the exceptional quality of K Star’s food but also the genuine passion and integrity behind it. I 100% recommend K Star to anyone looking for amazing food and outstanding service. This restaurant truly stands out, and I look forward to coming in person.

Its Ok. Not that great. The meat was chewey and not tender. We ordered 2 beef bowls through door dash. Not worth what you paying for.

Thank you for providing free lunch boxes to the skilled nursing facility where I work. Your sharing encourages us. I had spicy pork and it was really delicious! I came for lunch looking for the raw marinated crab special, but sadly it sounds like they don't have it anymore. Service was kinda slow and we got our food after sometime. Got the spicy chicken, which was fine. Food was average and fine for a casual lunch. Still sad they didn't have the crab anymore.

The food is good, but a little pricey for what you get. Select your choice of protein paired with rice or noodles. Sides of salad, kimchi and ssam (lettuce wrap) are included. Friendly service. Clean and well-lit interior. Takes 5-10 minutes to prepare. They also cater!
