Giving 5/5 stars because of your wonderful employee, Alissa. Writing this review solely out of my own desire, no one told or asked me to. I’ve been here numerous times and every single time, Alissa took good care of me and made sure I liked my drink! She gives great recommendations and not only does she know how to make a delicious latte, but is also so kind, generous and sweet! Give Alissa a promotion/raise— the type of customer service she gives is 10/10, and I know it’s out of the kindness of her heart! Thank you for being a caring employee. God bless you always and see you again soon! This drink is an iced horchata latte with a special cold foam (I forgot what it was called but its yummy!!)

I tried the iced horchata latte. I'm not sure if they intend for it to have an excessive amount of cinnamon but that's all I could taste. I was too shy to tell the girl it was way too much cinnamon but I hope they read this feedback because I unfortunately couldn't taste the horchata at all. The lady who helped me seemed nice enough. The shop was uncomfortably warm though. It needs airflow.

I really appreciate the quality of the staff and service here! It's something I look for whenever I come to a new coffeeshop, and it's a big reason for why I would return. And I do enjoy the coffee here! Every cup I've gotten has been pretty consistent too. So far, I've tried the horchata latte, horchata matcha and the cafe de olla. Something I always look out for when it comes to things specialty lattes is the sweetness. I don't have the biggest sweet tooth, and so I appreciate that the drinks here haven't been super sweet.

The staff are so kind and sweet! The best drink on the menu is by far the brown sugar shaken espresso! Best on the market! The environment is nice and welcoming and the location is perfect 🙂

Only giving them 3 stars because the drinks are good but the customer service, not really. Went in for a quick coffee before running errands and there were 2 ladies standing at the register. The restaurant was dead for a Saturday at 12pm and both of them decided not to greet me when I walked in. It seemed like they were in the middle of a deep gossip and I rudely interrupted by walking in. Neither one asked if they could help me until I was almost bumping up to the register. I ordered my drink and one made it while the other just stood by. When I asked the lady for a straw she rudely said, "over there" and proceeded to point at a wall. I don’t like writing reviews but I can say I expected much more when I’m the only one walking in to your restaurant to spend money at that time. If this is how they act when they’re slow, I can’t imagine how it is when they’re busy. Sorry but won’t be going back! If it’s slow and you walk in, walk back out because they get offended by you spending your money there.

I’m regularly here and I’m shocked by the comments. Con Azucar Cafe has the best coffee, since their opening I’ve stopped going to other coffee shops. Jairo, Jessica & Alyssa always provide the best genuine service! They are a true asset to the team. If you want the best Mexican mocha, get it here!!

Jessica and Alyssa are always so sweet and on top of things, their drinks and conversations are the highlight of starting my day. Such sweet and professional ladies.
