I had my first visit to Happy AYCE Hot Pot with friends, and it was fantastic! My friends made a reservation through Yelp, and although it took about 10 minutes for our group to be prioritized, the wait was worth it. Once seated, the variety at the topping bar blew me away an assortment of veggies, fresh seafood, hot and cold dishes, fruits, and desserts. They also have a fun fondue fountain, ice cream station, and self-serve drinks including fountain drinks and refreshing winter melon tea. Everything was well-stocked, fresh, and delicious. The overall vibe was friendly, welcoming, and perfect for a group outing. It was an exceptional experience sharing food and laughter with friends, and I can’t wait to come back and try even more items when I’m not on a diet. 📸 Photos included: the colorful hot pot ingredients, dessert fountain, and our happy group enjoying the spread!
This dim sum and hot pot restaurant is absolutely wild — open 24/7! We came for the dim sum buffet on a Friday morning, and it did not disappoint. For just $25 per person, you get authentic dim sum served from traditional carts filled with steaming dishes. The dim sum runs Monday - Friday from 6 A.M. to 11:30 A.M., and hot pot is available all day and night. There’s also a back section offering snacks, hot dishes, salad, and desserts, plus drinks are included — even hot soy milk in the morning! Be careful ordering any noodle on the dim sum menu, they are regular/big bowl! Parking is free in the small lot behind the restaurant, but it fills up fast. Great value and fun experience overall!
The food was good only complaint about it was there wasn't many options for the broth. Overall good prices and food is good. They have different level of options to choose from for the meats... we got the cheapest option which was $27.99 a person. We also added unlimited dim sum for $5 a person. They also have a cooked food buffet area and drinks are included in price. They had different items like noodle dish, fried rice, fried wonton, eggplant dish, green beans and more! They have noodles you can get to add to your broth, veggies, seafood balls, shrimp and more. They have a small section of different sauces, minced garlic, chili oil. If I was around I think I would go again. The only thing that would make me think twice is the price for kids is based on height and my kids are tall for their age so I had to pay full price for them. The place is pretty small and tables hold up to six so for a group larger than that would have to sit 6 and then 4 on the next table.
Second time coming here. First time was back in 2023 when the place used to be called Happy Lamb AYCE. The quality was better back then. First nine photos I added are from back then. Today when I went for lunch, the food was ok, but something was lacking. Perhaps the freshness and quality. I thought I was hallucinating, but something felt off with the quail eggs. My grandma also noted the same; said it was probably fake. As in they were injected with chicken eggs instead of natural quail eggs are much more expensive. The coloring of the egg white was off. Not many meat pieces per order and the meat quality was mid. We got the A set. They do charge dinner price for weekend lunch. We wanted mushroom soup and bone broth, but they ran out of shroom broth. Fresh mushrooms are extra $2. On the plus side, there's lots of appetizers and free drinks. Appetizers got cold quickly though after bringing back to the table. I wanted to try their dim sum beef rice roll, but that was an extra $6 so nahhh... Broths were tasty. Staff occasionally comes out with grilled shrimp skewers and lamb skewers. Didn't try since not sure if we need to pay extra or not. Looked like they over cooked the skewers. Dry looking. Parking is limited. Can either park on street or behind the building where it is marked for Happy AYCE. Not a bad experience overall, but they could improve on quality of the food and service. Would come back for weekday lunch. Weekend price is a bit over the threshold of what an AYCE should be with some stuff being extra charge that should be included if you're paying that much.
Interestingly, there are two restaurants with the same name, Asian BBQ. The other location is much larger, offers Cantonese dim sum, and we go there quite often. This one was recommended by a friend and is a small roast meat shop. The wait was surprisingly long — we arrived around 1:30 PM and still waited about 40 minutes. Online reviews highly praised the roast duck, but honestly, it didn’t feel particularly impressive to me — decent, but nothing memorable. The beef tripe rice bowl had a very small portion, and the flavor was quite average. Perhaps dining options in Las Vegas are more limited, and the online hype feels a bit exaggerated. If you enjoy Cantonese BBQ and don’t really care about service or atmosphere, it’s still worth trying once.
Amazing Birthday Hot Pot Experience at HAPPY AYCE HOT POT! I came here to celebrate my birthday, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The food was incredibly fresh, with a wide variety of choices—everything from thinly sliced meats to seafood, fresh veggies, and handmade noodles. Dishes came out super fast, so we never had to wait long to enjoy our meal. Our server, Lina, was absolutely amazing—she’s not only beautiful but also very attentive and friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed the whole time, which made the experience even more enjoyable. One of the best surprises was that on your birthday, if you come with at least two friends (three people total), the birthday person eats for free! It’s such a great deal and made the celebration even more special. This spot is perfect for group gatherings and celebrations. The style and flavors really appeal to both Asian and American tastes. Whether you’re coming with friends, family, or coworkers, HAPPY AYCE HOT POT is the place to go for great food and great vibes. Highly recommend!
We got both the Dim Sum and Hot pot AYCE, the hype about the taste and portion is all correct. You could not ask fora better flavor or selection on all the meat and cold items and the buffet items as well. The drinks had problems, all through the meal they could not get it right, the rest rooms were in much need of attention, ouch still gave them 5 stars. Ps. Don’t put your phone near the hot pot induction element it killed my phone battery could not take more pics.
