Grain and Berry - Riverview

I really wish they would listen to the customers as they are placing their orders and understand what the customer is asking if there are options then be open to what the customer it's ask a duty food constraints and not get upset with the customer. There is only one employee that works at the cash register that actually listens and provides plain what I asked for every time I come to place an order.But I do believe this will be the last time. The food is great, but their service is not so great.I really wish they would do better.It would really help them out.

Brianah & andrea are THE best employees when i come in. They answered all my questions, they were sweet, and I tipped them GREAT. And when Isiah works, YESSSSS!! The best grain and berry in florida!

I recently visited Grain and Berry and had a mixed experience. I ordered a smoothie, which was okay, but I found the little seeds mixed in quite off-putting. They detracted from the overall enjoyment of the drink, making it a bit less pleasant than I had hoped. When I walked in, the atmosphere was lively, with the staff laughing and chatting among themselves. While it's nice to see a team that enjoys their work, it felt a bit unprofessional, especially since I waited about three to four minutes before anyone approached me to take my order. Additionally, the cleanliness of the stations left much to be desired. It gave me pause about the overall hygiene and care put into the food preparation. Overall, while the smoothie was decent, the service and cleanliness issues really impacted my visit. I hope they can improve in these areas because there’s potential for a great experience.

I decided to stop by today looking for a healthy juice option. Although they didn’t have my preferred apple for my juice, I was able to figure out another drink option out with the young lady at register Veanca. She was really informative, helpful, and easy to talk to. Thank you for having good service, it’s kind of rare now in days !

Grain and Berry makes it appear as though they have "healthy" options and the prices reflect as much. However they actually carry all nonorganic and GMO produce such as nasty Jiffy for peanut butter. There’s is absolutely NOTHING healthy about their menu. It’s very disappointing

Great variety of options!! Took my mom here for lunch. We had the chicken pesto flat bread and the fig, Brie and apple flat bread. Both tasted amazing!! Going back for a healthy drink or bowl. Love places with fresh food that don’t leave you feeling weighted down afterwards but full and refreshed!!

The service here has gotten terrible. They used to be so professional and the food would be well prepared. I don’t know what happened and maybe it’s specific days and times where the staff just doesn’t care but lately when I pick up my order its like you can tell whoever made it just did not care! My bowls have been so sloppily made to the point where I don’t even want to eat it. Such a shame I used to love this place but I probably will not be ordering from here anymore.
