Wingstop

A little sad about no tables like other places. That also do not have bathrooms available for the public. Food is great ofc and staff is very friendly!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went in with my husband and my infant son to place an order. The cashier was very nice to us and we had zero issues. When we sat down to wait for our order we watched the manager come up to the cashier and yell at him for picking up the phone and answering complaints, he then talked on the phone to a customer and after 30 seconds said "I don’t care and I’m not helping you" and slammed the phone down. I told my husband that I felt uncomfortable with the way he was speaking to the cashier and being so aggressive and I wanted a refund. I asked the cashier for a refund and told him it was because I had watched the manager speak to him and to the customer on the phone. The manager came up to us and asked what our problem was, I told him that our problem was how he was speaking to the cashier and to customers and I wanted a refund immediately to which he responded "better for me". He then continued to aggressively yell at the cashier for imputing the order with the name last rather than first and processed the refund. After we left we watched as the manager continued to yell at the cashier through the window for another 5 minutes. I’m disgusting with the unprofessionalism and aggressiveness of the manager here and after regularly eating at wingstop for years i’m not sure I will be any longer. Which isn’t a problem for that guy since he said it was "better for him" to lose service. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else unless you’re okay with someone berating their employees and yelling at customers in front of you.

These people here are just amazing! Rio Rancho Wingstop is the best! If they make a mistake, they definitely fix it. No questions asked.! My experience today was Wonderful! There was a small mistake made on my order and they remade my whole order. Just awesome! They took accountability for their mistake and make sure I was a happy customer! Normally they are always great here since I live down the street but today I was interrogated just to get my order and the long hair gentle working today was very rude with his tone and quickly walking to the back after giving my order when he had to just walk right back up I didn't think anything of it until a young girl came and he was very nice willing to give her a free drink no purchase.

So I place an order online and pick up my wings. I'm shorted wings and immediately call. Like 10 minutes after. The guy who answers says. So... what do you want me to do about it. I tell him, just add them to a future order. And he says, how do you want me to do that? And i say, don't you have a book? So when i place my next order you just add them? He says yeah we have a book but..... I'm kinda at this point like, if you don't want to just say so. It's fine. Just short us and don't fix it. He answered. Ok fine. I hung up. Yup, it's easy enough to order food at a million other places. We don't have to eat here What a dork.

Love the Wingstop in Rio Rancho. Great location. Easy parking. Fast, great service with all the great Wingstop food as expected. Great app too

I come here often! I always order the same thing! These wings just don’t have enough sauce or seasoning sometimes depending on who’s the cook. And they always leave out the ranch / blue cheese or don’t give you what you pay for.
