Ummah Coffee

I honestly don’t understand how this place is still open. The woman and her daughter were some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I was shocked at how disrespectful the behavior was, especially during Ramadan. She was telling us what we could and couldn’t add to our own drinks even though we were the ones paying. Not once did she smile or show any kindness. The whole experience felt uncomfortable and unprofessional.

I had a wonderful experience at Ummah Coffee. The baristas were incredibly nice and their behavior was exemplary. The coffee was excellent, definitely a 10/10. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great coffee and a welcoming atmosphere!

I had the BEST London Fog Latte this morning. I only leave review when I really mean it. The cafe is very clean and nicely organized. It is just unfortunately that the cafe frequently gets rude customers and vandalisers.

As others have mentioned in their reviews, the owner’s behavior is shockingly unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. During masjid events, when the café is naturally busier, instead of welcoming the business, she shows visible frustration at customers for ordering drinks at her own coffee shop. It is deeply disappointing to see a business in a Muslim community treat its primarily Muslim customers in such a dismissive and hostile way. Sadly, this is not the kind of establishment I will ever support again. It stands as a poor example of how to treat people, both as customers and as community members.

If you go to court, you will be dressed appropriately or asked to leave the institution, why the person working there isn’t respecting the house of Allah? Very disrespectful. Overall, we found the person to be rude and with attitude, 0 politeness. Very disappointed.

Great location, loved coming here after praying salat al jama3ah at MAPS. Great service and atmosphere; I preferably like to come when the cafe isn't busy.

I will agree with previous reviewer. While the cafe is nice and has some good drinks and snacks, the female owner has atracious behavior. The way she treats young customers and people who aren't her personal friends is appalling. It's very clear she's stuck in high school mentality. I rather purchase from Jawrah cafe across the hall.
