Big Boss Cafe

My wife and I saw this place at Home Depot, and it was way past lunch. So both of us settled for chili dogs. I’ve eaten a lot of chili dogs in my life time, but this one was beyond my expectations. The chili is homemade , and the taste is awesome. There’s two picnic tables for eating, and that’s where we ate. I will definitely go back before lunch to try their other sandwiches.

One of the best spots I’ve tried. The bread is always fresh, the ingredients taste high-quality, and everything is made with care. The staff is really kind and helpful—they make you feel appreciated every time you walk in.

I had been hesitant about trying the grilled tri tip sandwiches, but today they had a smoker going so I got the smoked pulled beef shoulder sandwich and so glad I did. Excellent bbq flavor on a great bun. The brisket mac n cheese was also flavor bomb. I'll be returning often. Possibly the BEST sandwich I've had in Rancho Cordova.

The Power Plant and the Black Cadillac were amazing!! And try their banana desert too. Plus great service!

I’ve been coming here for a while now but never wrote a review saying how great this place is. Kelly and Willow are kind and serve up some awesome sandwiches. The go-to is the Black Cadillac. Whatever they put in this always hits. Check it out when you make your next Home Depot trip.

Haven't been here in a while. Things have totally changed and for the better! I was very happy to see all the food options and to try their cherry limeade. It tasted great!! The presence of the cherry was definitely there and also had a great ice to drink ratio(not to mention the quality of the ice was refreshing too). Also the young man running the counter was very nice and welcoming. I'll be back for sure. 👍

Been stopping by Big Boss for the tri-tip since they opened down my street. Folks behind the counter call me by name, Meat's cut fresh, rolled up warm... nothing beats grabbing it to-go after work.
