Heart & Seoul Karaoke

Tonight has gotta be my 5th+ time here to do Karaoke in the past year. I LOVE THIS PLACE! It's cheaper and more effective than therapy I swear. The private rooms are SO nice and comfy. We had a group of about 18 people, and the first room they put us in had some microphone issues (room 6) but the two girls working the front were quick to help us. We ended up being able to move to a different room which we really appreciated. We had hardly any break in our time since they worked so fast to help us out! Thank you!!

There are parts that are not wheelchair accessible! I booked the large room for my large family but was not told it wasnt handicapped accessible. Instead, was shown a flight of 20+ stairs. We would have to leave out some family members if we continued, including the birthday girl! We were told we could use the lobby area where everyone comes in (what?!) Or try the medium sized room. We squished into the medium room. It was very squishy. Medium room people got an upgrade at my expense since I was still charged for the large room. I'm willing to change my review if the website will CLEARLY state the large room isn't handicapped accessible and I get some compensation for the downgrade. H&S, you have to do better.

Tonight marks the 3rd time we have been here, however this is our first time trying the open mic night. Tonight was by far the absolute WORST experience i have ever had at ANY karaoke establishment. I am used to singing in dive bars, and this DRY karaoke establishment was filled with the most beligerant, selfish, and incredibly rude customers ive ever seen. Drunk teens/ young adults filled the main room tonight, being incredibly rowdy, and adding multiple songs per person within their respective groups. They continuously pushed multiple of their own songs to the top of the queue, even though the rules specifically state to only have 1 song queued at a time, and to play them in the order they were added. I waited well over an hour to sing 1 song and finally get out of there, despite my best efforts to keep my song in its place in the queue. Somebody kept changing the key and tempo of the music while people were trying to sing their songs, which made even listening to the room a miserable experience. the 2 girls working the front desk outright ignored all of this chaos. They were on their phones with earbuds in, actively tuning the room out. My SO went up to tell the employees what was happening, and only then did one of the girls get up and shout "hey guys dont change the order of the queue please" and then she sat back down and put her ear buds right back in. This did nothing at all to help the situation. After an hour and a half we had to leave, as the whole experience was incredibly frustrating and not fun at all. Whats more frustrating is that this is the ONLY place in the area to even do karaoke, and it sucks that its so incredibly mismanaged. If you have a big enough group to justify the private rooms, that experience is better, albiet not great. You will still deal with random issues ranging from dead microphones to actual water leaks dripping from the ceiling (this happened on my previous visit). Honestly, if you love to sing, youre better off just singing in your car :/ we love karaoke, and this place dissapointed us more than we ever thought possible tonight.

Really great time at Heart & Seoul! We reserved a room and it was a decent price. It's the only legit karaoke place around that I"ve been able to find. We were able to bring our own food for an extra $10 charge, which was so worth it. I love the experience of snacking and being able to chill and jam to your fav songs with your good friends. I'm going to be a little more nit picky here..The system crashed twice while we were there, but the workers were really prompt in fixing it. On top of that, I recognized that the room itself was pretty dirty. I think the table and chairs are clean and they may sanitize the mics (I hope) but we spilled a drink on the floor and when cleaning it up, there were balls of hair on the floor and it was just REALLY dirty. In a pandemic, we gotta keep things cleaner, if possible. Still, it's the best local karaoke spot. Wish it was bigger! We will be back, for sure 🙂

We had such a great time hanging out! The room was large with a variety of options in addition to karaoke which was great for those less comfortable with belting out music. We had pizza which was pretty standard fare. The only downside to the whole experience was that the floor was a little weak so if you jumped around or moved too much in one area it caused the ceiling in the room below to shake. I would still recommend it to anyone looking for someone to rock out with their friends. Just be a little careful not to jump in this room.

I’ve come here twice now (once with friends and once with family) and it has been so fun! Love the ambience of the rooms with the neon signs and everything. Our screen was cutting out super bad in one of the rooms, so they switched us to the huge room and gave us some extra time to make up for it. We really appreciated that! They give you a 5 min heads up for your time limit. They also offered to take photos of our group both times, which was great! Would def recommend!

Such a fun birthday idea!! We dressed up and did karaoke here! It was an extra cost to bring food and drinks which I guess sort of makes sense… but overall I felt like the prices were fair and there was an amazing variety of music! You know we jammed to all the high school musical and Hannah Montana soundtracks 🤘🏽
