Snow Bunny Coffee

This is a beautiful spot for conversations or working on your laptop. We’ve been here twice already. We tried their tuna and egg salad and it was delicious. Their coffee is excellent too, I usually get iced mochas but I decided to try their pistachio latte and I really enjoyed it, a little too sweet for me but amazing, so was their hot chocolate. I like the way they served the food and drink on these simple aesthetic wooden trays. So many windows bringing in that natural light as well.

Bummed I didn't know about this place sooner! Snow Bunny has been here since 2019. It is tucked away in the corner right across from fields park and is a hidden gem. Friendly / kind service, inviting atmosphere and good food / drink... what more could you want?! Leah was amazing - super friendly and knowledgeable. She educated me on croffles and their specialty drinks. I opted for the Apple Jam croffle and the Pistachio Latte. Both very unique and both delicious. Unfortunately, regular waffles and croissants are now ruined for me lol croffles are the way of the future! I had a great time at Snow Bunny and can't wait to return and try many of their other items.

Friendly service and great drinks! Their matcha lattes aren’t overly sweet like at some places and taste really good with added flavors like ube and strawberry. Their espresso is consistent in flavor and strength, has a good creaminess without being overly bitter. We’ve tried their flavored lattes and have yet to be disappointed. They definitely know how to measure their quantities so that every ingredient compliments each other.

This place was so good. Lovely chill cafe, croffle was delicious, the latte was delicious, great service, really nice to vibe. I gotta try all the other items and they are open 7 days a week.

Croffle is a Costco croissant in a waffle pan grilled to look like a football waffle- drizzled with cream and sugar. I got the Nutella topping. The dish was cold - and unfortunately the drip 4$ coffee was tepid and lukewarm-while she poured the coffee and made the croissant but never served it to counter. I ate inside. For 13$ snack - it’s an easy pass. I do live nearby so I’ll probably have to try another menu item.

Snow Bunny Cafe is a bright, cheerful Korean-inspired spot with a fun, creative drink menu. The black sesame latte is smooth and nutty, and the Tokyo Banana tea latte offers a nostalgic, sweet banana flavor that stands out. They also serve bingsu—Korean shaved ice topped with fresh fruit like mango or strawberry. Light, refreshing, and perfect on a warm day. The chicken salad sandwich is a surprise highlight. While the bread is pretty basic, the filling is fresh, peppery, and has a great crunch, with arugula adding a nice herbaceous kick. Pastries come from St. Honoré and are fine, but not the main draw. The owner is friendly and helpful, and the space is clean, bright, and welcoming. A solid choice if you’re looking for something different in the area.
