Flamingo Seafood

Had been hearing good things about this place since it opened a while back, so we finally got over and gave it a try. First impression is that this is not a fancy 5 star seafood establishment. It is an old converted gas station. It is neat and clean and servers the purpose of a casual dining spot. They have a nice sized bar that is well stocked. They also have nice happy hour menu and drink specials. The main menu has nice selections of very fresh seafood to choose from. The portions were not oversized but were adequate and reasonably priced. I was pleasantly surprised to get out with a tab of $140.00 for 2 people that included 2 drinks each, an appetizer, our 2 dinners, and a desert, which we shared.

OK let me just say that if you never had a fancy dinner at a gas station… This is your big chance! If I was just driving by, there’s no way I would stop here. However, after reading the reviews and seeing that they had oysters I was down for the unique experience. When I walked in, I was greeted by much more than I expected. Their assortment of oysters is unrivaled. Their service is with a smile and exceptional. Everyone who works there stayed busy and yet made it seem as if they were completely relaxed and took everything in stride. Jay with the tattoos was extremely attentive and had great personality. Will brought a very calming mood to my experience. Jordan is quick, gorgeous, and bubbly. Nick was on point. I don’t know anyone’s exact roles but he seemed like a cook and all the food he served to me was an excellent explosion in my mouth. I loved the raw oysters, the cooked oysters, my fish and the rum cake blew my mind. I can’t wait to come back… I might come back today.

Fantastic dinner experience. The seafood was fresh and deliciously prepared. We ordered the crudo, lox, fish dip and oysters flamingo. All were amazing, highly recommend. Drinks were hand crafted and also excellent. Service and staff were wonderful. Jay was our server and on top of everything. We will definitely be back.

Flamingo Seafood serves up some delicious and fresh seafood dishes. We made it in time for happy hour and ordered the happy hour oysters. Happy hour oysters are selected by Flamingo Seafood and although I can't recall which oysters we had they were delicious. We also ordered the Salmon Tartare, the Smoked Fish Dip and the Crudo. The Smoked Fish Dip was actually a pretty big portion and I enjoyed that this dish stood out from the others because the fish was smoked. The Salmon Tartare was another great choice. The sliced salmon was served on toasted bread and topped with capers and scallions. My favorite of the dishes was the Crudo. This was such a fresh dish and was full of flavor with the fennel, orange and ponzu sauce. For dessert we shared the Key Lime pie which was tart, tangy and creamy. I would definitely recommend checking this place out.

It was my first time there since they recently open I had swordfish and was very satisfied The fish was very fresh and tasty and the server Mary Joe was very friendly She came a few time and check if I need anything and wanted to know how I like the food. Highly recommend the Flamingo Seafood to anyone looking for a delicious seafood dish. I will be back for sure!

Loved the oysters! Pricey but good! The food takes longer than expected but the quality was amazing! The place is clean and the servers are nice!

Went here on a Sunday like 1 hour before closing. That staff was SUPER COOL. Jordan was our server. She is AMAZING, ask for her. Our food came out in under 20 minutes and was DELICIOUS.
