四姐 Special Noodle

The best thing—truly the best! I love it so much! Every part of the experience exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, everything was thoughtful, smooth, and incredibly well executed. Sijie-style food is absolutely incredible — full of authentic flavor, homemade warmth, and that comforting feeling you can only get from true home cooking. Every dish feels heartfelt, rich, and deeply satisfying. The seasoning is balanced, the ingredients taste fresh, and the flavors are bold without being overwhelming.

If you are looking for authentic Chinese food, you need to try Special Noodle (四姐). Their menu is way more than just noodles. I have been there couple of times so far, the food I ordered was always delicious, plus the presentation is great and service is a plus, always making you feel like going home. I like the soup pan fried pork bun, farmers stir fry pork, chef special sour and sweet pork, beef stone pot noodle. I just stopped by the restaurant again today after my son’s tennis tournament. My son and I had a great lunch. The food wowed my son again. We are going to come back soon when we are in the area.

This has been one of the best Chinese food places I’ve ever been to. The quality and service is impeccable and honestly would say even better than DTF. For the price point, it delivers high quality food and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It feels like home an everything feels authentic and tailored just perfect to feel home. Done from the flavor to the texture of every bite, this restaurant has demonstrated curating and testing to ensure it’s just perfect. I ate most of it way too fast after this first bite.

We got food from here to go for my birthday. Everything was fantastic! We had pork and celery snowflake pan fries dumplings, Dan Dan noodles (they are marked spicy on the menu and they are), and sweet garlic pork (which is also marked spicy and it is). Flavorful, tasty, good stuff. We'll be back.

I am a dumpling and pork bun snub and I love the dumplings and pork buns here at ‘Four Sisters’! I come here whenever I need a fix. There’s a special skill that the round bun top doesn’t flop which is what dumplings from other places do. Also the meat is seasoned just right. Absolutely delicious. This time I also ordered the sesame balls. Crispy and crunchy. Service here is also great. Food preparation is fast. Place is clean. For some reason it is not as crowded as the other restaurants nearby….. well they’re missing out!

Absolutely love this Chinese restaurant! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and authentic. The service is friendly and fast, and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Highly recommend the mini pan fried pork buns and the noodles — they’re amazing, kid love it so so much !

I have been to this chain before but first time at this specific location. The server greeted me immediately at the front door and was very friendly and helpful. The Soup Fried Pork Buns are my go to and it was fried very nicely.
