Friendly staff. Summer time on a Friday afternoon is quiet. He said they get busy after school since there is a high school nearby. Drinks all good. I got my regular jasmine milk tea with boba and Crystal boba half sweet. Good size and great drink. Lots of parking. It’s not a big place. Just a few seats. Would come back. Put your number in for rewards. Buy 9 get 1 free. Pricing is awesome. 4 big drinks for $25. And 2 of us got 2 toppings!!

The coffee is super strong and not as creamy as I’m used to having as a Vietnamese coffee normally is, but it still tasted GREAT! It was a different good. The peach drink was great too! For it being a whole-in-the-wall place, it’s fine stuff! Great prices too! I’m glad I was able to find this place.

I was there three times during the soft opening, and once on opening day. They had perfectly cooked boba every time we were there. The teas were the highlight for me: the whole lychee with golden oolong, and the tropical (which is black tea, topped with fresh watermelon, dragon fruit bits, and some citrus slices). The tropical was a bit on the sweet side. The yoghurt drinks are great, tart and sweet (if a little on the sweet side). The Ube soft-serve ice cream was excellent, my two-year old and I loved it. Snowy tea mango was a serviceable slushy, but nothing really special for me. They forgot to put grass jelly in mine (which was ordered without the Creme brûlée), so that may have made a difference. However, I wasn’t that impressed with the version that had the Creme. Brûlée in it either.

They are so nice! The customer service is really good. The drinks are delicious. 😋 I recommend the whole lychee tea drink.

i’m giving this place a one star I’ve been here before and I loved this place but clearly now I don’t because I’m over here trying to get a Boba during the summer. I get it. There’s no kids but still you can still make business even if there’s no school like I’m dying to get a Boba yesterday I went to go see if it was open and I said it would be open tomorrow and then I came today and it was closed and said it was gonna be open until July 17 I hate this place

This place is bomb! I love a good thai tea with boba and they have it spot on! Also their coffee is soooo good and fresh!

So good!! Love this place have tried other boba places in the area and they don’t compare. Staff is also super friendly and kind!
