Fantastic food selection! I was really impressed with the variety on the menu. I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken, and it was excellent. The vegetables were incredibly fresh and cooked perfectly—still had a great snap to them. The spicing and flavor were spot on. My daughter had the Vegetarian Vegetable Fried Rice and was very happy with her choice. It’s a great spot for families since there are plenty of high-quality options for both meat-eaters and vegetarians. Pros: Fresh ingredients, authentic spice levels, family-friendly. Highly recommend: Kung Pao Chicken.

I had an amazing dinner at JBC! The staff was so attentive and helpful, and the restaurant is so clean, bright, and welcoming! The food was fantastic - I highly recommend the takoyaki appetizer (octopus, tempera fried balls/dumplings), the tonkotsu ramen entree, and the creamy custard buns! The creamy custard buns aren't as sweet as you'd expect - they only have a touch of sweetness - but so delicious and I loved the presentation! The broth of the tonkotsu ramen was so warm and comforting, and not too salty. The takoyaki was definitely the highlight for me! I also bought the scallion pancake and I did enjoy it, but it was $6 for only 1 pancake, which felt like a bit of a misstep and I probably won't spend $6 for 1 pancake again. Also, I personally enjoyed the cucumber and lemon infused water, but a member of my party doesn't like cucumber and didn't realize it was infused in the water - she just thought the water tasted funny! Perhaps you can let customers know beforehand and give them the option of having a different water. The drinks we had were great! We had the fall inspired Ikiru with tequila and cinnamon syrup which was perfect, and I had the JBC Mule which I loved! Overall, a great experience and I will definitely be back again!!

The bubble tea is good- the topping is great especially the sweet one. I tried the Mongolian beef and the cream buns- it’s good but kinda lacking in some ways. The place looks clean and it’s good they are open late sometimes. However I ordered the ramen and I found some strand of hair- this not only happened once but twice 🤔😬. I think someone/chef should be wearing a hairnet in the kitchen? It’s kinda pricey but maybe that’s just New York pricing? I wanted to leave a 5 star review but the hair was a dealbreaker and also I find when I order anything to go- the soup always spills in the container bag? Good thing it didn’t spill through my car seat .

We had a delicious meal at JBC! We got the vegetable and tonkotsu ramen. Both were large portions and very flavorful. Our waitress was fantastic as well. We will be back for sure!

I had a delectable meal at the JBC rice noodles ramen restaurant. The food was quite authentic, I can speak on this matter as I am from North Korea. The server Abby was quite knowledgeable and professional regarding my many questions. Overall an immersive and incredible experience.

Delicious food. Cool atmosphere—fine glassware, tea pots, dishes. Reasonable prices for made to order food. Great service. Small parking area.
