Delicious food! Serving sizes are huge! It was a very interesting experience because you ordered you food at a digital kiosk and waited in the building for a few minutes for the food to be handed to you in a paper bag. No human cashier or contact except for when a person from the kitchen hands you the food in the bag. No place to eat or sit. This is more of a "take your food to-go" type of place. Overall, I thought the food was incredible.

I am beyond impressed with Moon Bowls! I tried the BBQ Chicken Bowl, and it was immaculate. The chicken was perfectly tender, and the chili pineapple added a delightful spicy kick that elevated the flavors. The dish felt light yet incredibly satisfying—perfect for eating all at once or saving some for later. This is hands down one of the best meals I’ve had in a while, and I will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!

Huge portion, way bigger than the picture makes it look. Food was so so good, loved the jammy egg. Chili crunch is very spicy so add it in slowly

My experience was very lovely, the food was delicious, fresh and satisfying, Delivery was great and polite. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

If you’re a delivery driver and you see this place pop up, skip it. Or prepare to wait 20+ minutes even if it’s completely dead. Will they tell you it’s gonna take a half hour to pick up the order? Of course not. You get a vague notification saying it’s delayed. Will their care team answer the phone? No. They’ll put you on hold for 20 minutes instead. Meanwhile you are actively losing money every minute you stand there regretting saying yes to the order. Just don’t do it, man.

I ordered delivery and the food tasted good for the most part. However the rice in one of the bowls was unfortunately hard. In my avocado bulgogi bowl, the avocado was completely missing. Two out of 3 of the sauces ordered for the bowls were also missing. It seems like the order was rushed and things were forgotten or undercooked. I would like to order again for taste alone but hope for more attention to detail in completing the order.

FOR OUT OF TOWNERS… This "restaurant" is not a brick and mortar place where you can sit down and eat. My spouse and I were visiting the city and were excited to find food that was gluten-free AND Korean. Moonbowls seemed like the perfect place. We even invited a colleague who lives in the area but had never heard of the place. We chose a location (W Girard) and took an Uber over. To our surprise, there was no restaurant located ar 1308 W Girard. There was just a warehouse that apparently acts as a hub for a number of restaurants. Two problems here…the website doesn’t specify that it is delivery-only and if Moonbowls is supposed to be a gluten-free restaurant how can it safely operate in the same kitchen where many delivery orders are prepared. The usual cross contact risk goes way up ifncare is not taken. The funniest part of all of this is that our friend went to the wrong "location," and what she found was the same thing…a strange warehouse that wasn’t an actual restaurant. I hate to tank this place’s ratings because it seems folks who have ordered and received food really like, but there has to be a way to let people know that there is no cute restaurant to sit and eat.
