I had the grilled chicken Ceasars salad, so so good! Just the right amount, it didn't leave you feeling full.
Larissa is the best!! Very best at customer service, attention to details, helpful, professional! Thank you Larissa for making my meeting a success - excellent food, excellent customer service! Thank you for going above and beyond!
I ordered the crispy chicken Alfredo pasta it was good. Portion size was good sized. Service was friendly and prompt. I have no complaints and I will definitely be back.
Let me start with Noodles n Company has been my favorite restaurant for YEARS. My mouth waters thinking about it. However, I will not return to this location again.... for the years I've been eating at this location ive had the same problems that haven't been addressed. The bathroom is the grossest bathroom ivw been in. Before entering you have to take a deep breath so you dont breathe in the stench that is always there....a stench I've never smelt before. This last trip, the bathroom was so bad you could smell it outside the building before walking in. The bottom of the toilets look like they have actual poo smeared along the entire thing. The sink looks like they never clean it. You could rub your finger on it and it would "smudge" . YIKES!! Imagine what the kitchen looks like. The drink machine is disgusting. You can see food and grease that has been left from other people's fingers. Any time of day I eat at this location it looks like it's cleaned off at the end of the day. The containers that hold the papered salt n peper get neglected as well. Ice cubes get put in as well as lemons, ruining all of them. Very much dislike the bowls they changed too. They are flat and bigger...the noodles cool off faster and cheese doesnt melt properly. Management does not do a proper job of delegating employees or keeping a handle in the place. While eating two boys brought in scooters. They were yelling the whole time as well as riding their scooters thru the entire establishment instead of walking. Almost hitting multiple other customers. Employees and management just walked by and allowed the bafoonary. Overall the experience at this place no longer makes me happy. It actually repulses me. I would reconsider before eating at this location!
Fast food noodles ... errr, not what I expected. Above average for fast food as it is edible and decent. We ordered the Pad Thai, Korean Noodles and Alfredo. The Pad Thai was the best, our son liked the Alfredo (but says it's real salty) - the "Spicy Korean Noodles" were not spicy and I don't recommend them if that is what you are expecting. Value? eh ... we all have a price point, this wasn't one. Our three meals came to $42.12 (with the whooping $4.12 Illinois state tax, sheesh). Overall the place was clean, people behind the counter were friendly and professional. Will I come back? Probably not unless it is a matter of convenience.
$25 and some change for two tiny "large" bowls of noodles. The price is way too high for how much you actually get. I just don't see how they could have many repeat customers that are financially conscious. This is a one and done restaurant for me, despite it being a chain in many areas. I also thought it was ironic how they use paper straws, but then give you plastic dishes to throw away. The only restaurants I've seen use paper straws are restaurants that are trying to be environmentally friendly or at least project that image onto consumers.
Cesar salad had no dressing and missing most of the salad
