Service was bare to none. My food order was wrong. Potatoes were cold and tasted like the freezer. I definitely wouldn’t come back.

This establishment needs to be closed. This is the worst experience I've ever had from a restaurant. I'm not even one to write reviews on establishments but this was an absolute necessity! I came here two days in a row. And the only reason for that was because the first day I ordered wings and fries and the wings were DISGUSTING and took a whole hour just to come out!! The wings were super salty and barely had any flavor. I received a voucher for the poor service and the food being disgusting. I came back the next day to use the voucher with hopes of having a better service. WRONG! First of all the bartenders at the bar don't even acknowledge you. You have to flag them down to even come to you. There's not even a hello when you go to sit down at the bar. Then on top of it by the time I decided to order I had to flag down the girl bartender. ONCE again waited a WHOLE HOUR for steak nachos to come out. The nachos were DISGUSTING!!! How do you mess up nachos!! The steak had absolutely NO FLAVOR. Not a salt, pepper, or ANYTHING!!!! I was in disbelief!! Not only did I have to keep flagging the bartenders to check the status of my food to come out... BUT THEN WHEN IT COMES OUT IT TASTED DISGUSTING!! There was even a customer that was sitting in the out door area that had to come inside to go to the bar to let the bartender know to send someone to his table because he had been sitting waiting to place his order for awhile. This goes to show how there's no real organization at this establishment! I will not be returning to this place again. And I will let people know to not ever go here. I'm still in shock at this whole situation!

We love coming here! The food and service are great. Highly recommend the Mac and Cheese balls, try them with boom boom sauce! I also recommend the brisket tacos. They have a great drink variety. The few times we have come to Brass Tap, Diana (or Dayana? Sorry if I'm writing her name wrong) has been our server. She is AMAZING! she always remember us and treat us super nicely. Incredible service 🙂

Amazing experience! We went for brunch on Sunday. What a deal! $6 unlimited mimosas. They had a nice brunch menu. I will post picture of brunch menu. Our server was Jade and she was on point. We didn’t have to wait for anything she got our order correct kept our table clean and she was in general on top of everything. The restaurant was clean and comfortable they have indoor and outdoor seating. They have regular tables and tall tables. The atmosphere is comfortable, casual and not to loud. They also have a bar inside with seating as well. We had an absolutely wonderful time so I definitely recommend that you check this place out for brunch you will be happy you did. It is located in the the shops of Pembroke Gardens. There are some great stores you can stroll through after your meal and mimosas. Edit: we went back 1 week later and boy had things changed! Jade no longer works there our new server was Kenny and he was absolutely amazing! Basically it feels like the only good things at Brass Tap now are Kenny and the $6 bottomless mimosas. The food is undercooked we sent it back asked for well done and still not cooked in middle of house potatoes or fries. The breakfast tacos where cold in the middle. The bathroom was gross with stuff on the wall and over flowing trash cans by 11 AM. Not sure we will be going back. Would only recommend if all you want are mimosas.

I had such a great experience at Brass Tap thanks to Ari! She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made sure we felt comfortable the entire time. Even though I don’t drink alcohol, she still made the experience special by suggesting great alternatives and making me feel included. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out, and Ari made the visit one to remember! Shoutout to the DJ, i didn't get his name but he was sweet enough to accept song requests and hype the crowd. 10/10 Recommend and will be coming back!!

Ordered take out, a well done honey pepperoni pizza. Had 12 pieces of pepperoni on it, was almost raw, not well done, and cool. Not one to return food, just won’t make the mistake of eating here again. The bar tender was very nice and polite.

Aria is such a vibe and knew exactly what to get me. Tried ghost in the machine, best IPA on tap. Danny is the cherry on top. Awesome vibes. Go for the beer and the service especial
