Customer Reviews
Echo Palm Beach has a rating of 4.4 out of 5 based on over 726 reviews on Google
We had an excellent dinner at Echo Palm Beach from start to finish. Jeff, the bartender, was fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and made me a perfectly crafted margarita. My friend ordered a Malbec that paired really well with our food. The sushi chef, Jonjie, recommended the lobster roll, and it was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. My friend ordered the tuna tataki, which was incredibly tender and absolutely mouthwatering. We also shared the wagyu flat iron steak, and it was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Gil, the manager, was very kind and made sure we were well taken care of. Between the great service, amazing food, and welcoming atmosphere, this is definitely a spot I’d recommend for dinner. We’ll absolutely be back.
My girlfriends and I were so excited to try Echo for our dinner, as we’ve heard great things. Unfortunately the dinner didn’t start off well, we waited 25 minutes to be greeted by our server meanwhile 2 tables over someone was seated after us and they were greeted, and got their drinks before us. It could have been a simple mistake but I expect more from a Breakers restaurant. And it didn’t help that we were the only black table there so it initially felt like a slight. Once the server came over after we flagged down the girl that brought us water when we were seated, she was very nice. The restaurant was beautiful but it smelled like wet mop where we were seated and it was extremely loud, the music & the tables nearby were yelling. I could barely hear my friends. However, we REALLY enjoyed the food. Like everything we had was delicious, I do think the portions are small and I’m sure some people could consider it overpriced but since we genuinely enjoyed everything, I have no complaints on that end. I wish what happened in the beginning didn’t happen because it definitely soured my experience. Anyways I think I’d be willing to try them again bc of the food but I’m not sure. I wish I took more photos! Oh, and valet was included.
Excellent experience! We went there after a candlelight concert at a nearby church, and I’m glad we did. We were about 30-45 minutes earlier than expected, and the hostess was able to quickly accommodate us. Our server, Giovanni, was very friendly and knowledgeable about EVERYTHING on the menu. My mother had a food allergy and he was able to immediately tell us what she had to stay away from. Very good. The food was amazing! The service was great! The ambience magnificent (although a little loud for our liking). I would highly recommend this restaurant.
As always, never disappointed. It's just before season, so now is a great time to sneak in and enjoy some of the best Asian dishes around. The fresh sushi, masterfully prepared by Ryan, is an experience any serious connoisseur of seafood will relish.
I would have never thought that the best steak of my life would be at Asian restaurant but here we are. I started off with the lobster wontons, which were delicious. My main course was the waygu flatiron steak with kimchi fried rice. It was delectable. The steak melted in my mouth and bulgogi marinade set it off perfectly. The kimchi fried rice was amazing! I already loved fried rice but the kimchi added something special. There was also grilled bok choy with veggies that were delicious. I had a non-alcoholic lychee spritzer which complemented the food very well. This was an upscale dining experience that was worth every penny. I plan to go back back and highly recommend it!
So I only take the time to put a review if I feel that it’s worthy of five stars and Echo fits that criteria! My wife found this place as we have been vacationing in West Palm Beach. Very friendly from the moment, we walked through the door. I always like to start with the service, especially when they were outstanding. Our waiter Orlando was kind, engaging, and very knowledgeable of the food options. He did not steer us wrong! All the pictures will be posted here. I can’t remember off the top of my head, the names of everything. I do know that I got a flat iron steak dish that hadsome really nice tasting rice with it. My wife had a shrimp dish that was delicious. The appetizer we had was fantastic also. It was a short rib, surrounded by a delicious breading. Highly recommend! It was our six month anniversary and Orlando was nice enough to bring us out a lava molten chocolate cake with ice cream With a chunk of white chocolate, that’s it happy anniversary and two fortune cookies that Had chocolate drizzled over it. If you go there, you will not be disappointed with these dishes Or the service of Orlando if you request him. Echo management: Take note of the quality of employee you have here as well as your chefs. Kudos to all!💪
I visit Palm Beach a couple times a year and usually stay across the street. I'm so happy my bf and I decided to try it a few years back. I CRAVE the crispy tuna bites. Everything I've tried there is phenomenal. Service is incredible. We usually try and hit the happy hour or go for a late night drink before they close. The last time we went I tried a drink with sous vide apple vodka and it was incredible. I always got the lychee marts, but now that I've had that, will never go back (not pictured).
