Picasso Moments Bakery, Cafe, & Boba Tea

Been here twice now. Everyone who works here is not just friendly, but knowledgeable and passionate about the food and drinks they serve. The cloud bread is an obvious must get, but the scallion cookies are amazing! The gentlemen who helped me yesterday let us sample a lot of the cookies and they were all delicious. Another shoutout to the mocha cookie coffee…just so good! And the cheese foam on top of the boba is out of this world. Cannot recommend this place enough. Great service, great food, cool atmosphere.

Excellent family owned bakery/cafe that we stumbled upon while having my car worked on. So glad we did. The highlight was definitely the gentleman working the counter who spent a good ten minutes telling us all about their products, their processes and the sources/intricacies of their ingredients. We were offered more samples than we were prepared to eat. Purchased a piece of cloud bread and some phenomenal scallion cookies (think crunchy everything bagel bites). Great spot, we will absolutely be back!!

I love how nice this place is especially with the real plants around it’s cool! The bakery section has so many to choose from so grabbed a bunch of stuff from that section. Then ordered the curry shrimp with rice and that was delicious but spicy then also got the tiramisu boba and that was my favorite! I love how they have a seating area with the booths it’s comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. The also got complimentary wifi to use if you need to connect to get on in. I didn’t get to meet the owner LuLu in person but did get to talk to her on the phone and was helpful with any questions I had.

This place customer service and food is top notch. I was shocked but the xiao long bao here are delicious! The bakery and the drink are good as well. They give you free sample to try but their cheese bread is amazing. I would highly recommend this place!!!

Picasso Moments Café is such a cute spot with an amazing vibe. I went in not really knowing what to order, so I just picked what caught my eye—and I’m glad I did. Our server, Pau, was incredible. He literally took us on a mini cookie tour and even shared fun facts about their cheese foam, which they make fresh in-house. They also make their own soup dumplings, which are $10 per container, and they even ship orders if you want to stock up. Pau explained how to store everything: • Their baked goods can be frozen for up to a month or longer • Snowing cream cheese bread becomes ice-cream-like if you defrost it for 20 minutes • Other pastries can be microwaved or air fried at 300° to bring them back to life I ordered the black sugar milk tea with cream cheese foam, and it was perfect—sweet but not overpowering. The cheese foam was creamy, smooth, and blended really well with the milk tea. Showing Cream Cheese Bread was soft and delicious with its creamy cheese filling. I bought three because I knew I’d kill it. My husband got the fusion garlic bread with garlic butter generously slathered on top. Every bite had garlic butter in it. He said it was perfect. Overall, it’s a lovely café with genuinely warm staff. I’ll definitely be coming back.

What an amazing accidental experience! We were here for gymnastics competitions and coaches wanted tea, but when I walked into this place, I found a friend! The owner of the bakery is kind, sweet, the bakery is amazing, the selection of teas are endless - what a true Gem!!! Stop by - support local business, try her amazing baked goods! Feel the love ❤️

The staff are very friendly and professional. The drinks and food are both healthy and taste amazing. We ended up getting a lot of different items but they let you taste the cookies and lazy bread before you purchase. The drinks from left to right cold brew mousse latte, beautiful berry dream smoothie, and une milk tea with strawberry popping boba.
