Grabbed a smash burger at Milkhouse, and it seriously hit. Super flavorful patty, excellent crust, and the house-made sauce really tied everything together. The pickles tasted house-made too, which is always a good sign and added the right punch of acidity. The whole experience felt artisan without being pretentious—quality ingredients, done right. The atmosphere fits the Milk District perfectly, and the location makes it an easy stop whether you’re already nearby or intentionally heading over. Solid food, great vibe, and definitely a place I’ll be going back to.

Definitely should go on a Tuesday night. Janet was there doing trivia and it was a blast. Helga our server was very helpful to point us in the right direction for food and drinks during happy hour. 10/10 will go again.

Milkhouse is a building that houses: Kelly's Ice Cream Swine & Sons Foxtail Coffee You can get some food, coffee and ice cream all at the location. Ate at Swine & Sons - had there Chicken sandwich, which is there specialty. It was good. My friend got a coffee at the Foxtail, said it was good. We didn't try the ice cream. Parking is a bit limited. Prices are reasonable.

We hosted a private event at Milkhouse and were blown away by the food, service, hospitality and attention to detail!! Our guests raved about it all weekend long! Highly recommend them for your special events.

Inside MilkHouse is Swine & Sons, and let me tell you, this spot is a gem for burger and sandwich lovers! The Smashing Burger was everything you dream of in a burger. Juicy, perfectly seasoned patties smashed to crispy-edged perfection, topped with melty cheese, fresh toppings, and served on a soft, toasted bun. It’s the kind of burger that makes you savor every bite. Then there’s the Pastrami Sandwich a masterpiece! The pastrami was tender and packed with smoky, peppery flavor, piled high on fresh bread with just the right amount of tangy mustard. Every bite was a balance of savory goodness that left me wanting another. The Curly Fries were crispy, golden, and seasoned to perfection, they were the ultimate sidekick to the main dishes. Prices were totally fair for the quality, and our waiter was incredible; attentive, friendly, and quick with recommendations. It felt like they genuinely cared about making our experience amazing. We are definitely coming back for more.

We were watching this show on tv that two gentlemen had lunch at The Milkhouse and thought why not go and check it out?! So we did! It's not too far from Winter Garden area and we went on a Monday around 1pm. When we got there, it wasn't busy but the weather was gorgeous so we sat outside. We didn't know where to order or how and this young lady said we can order from the bar and they serve the food outside. The burger was amazing and the beer choices were refreshing. They had an adult size connect four so we played with that which was fun. We decided to go inside and sit at the bar to get a few more drinks. The gentleman at the bar was not very talkative nor attentive to us. He was talking to another customer and never once asked us if we wanted another drink. We had to get a young lady to come over just to get our bill. I would say the service wasn't what we expected especially at a bar but other than that the food was great, drinks were refreshing and the atmosphere was chill. We will definitely be back when they have their events in hopes to receive a better bar service.
