This place is awesome sauce! I wish they had more stuff to choose from but I'm still grateful for this store existing, getting kpop stuff in stores is easier than ordering because my stuff usually gets damaged during shipping. The other KPOP 1004 got closed but I think the other one had a more larger girl group selection and this one has more bgs

Great store. Lots of items that are not just bull. Nice size with lots of offerings. The new Korean coffee was really good. Try it! They also have a food table with an assortment of noodles and such. It's a good place to go check out your favorite albums and photo cards.

Pretty big store area. Lots of merchandise and items for everything k-pop related, especially BTS. Just on my go round around the entire store it's noticeable that a lot of the items are BTS related. So this is your spot of your an Army. I was hoping to find a lot more selections in clothing but they didn't really much variety. Employees are friendly.

I liked this place I just wish there had been more selection on the albums but all in all it was a good place. The employees were helpful as well. It's a bit pricier than other places I've been though. So if you're looking for older albums, or a bigger selection it's not for you

I experienced a lot of being followed around the store, but received very little assistance. Maybe in this town they’re not used to seeing K-pop fans who look like me, and some assumptions were made on their part. The irony is that the store had a pretty sparse collection to begin with. I’ve been a K-pop fan for over a decade, and I’ve visited a ton of better stores—with a wider selection of merchandise and friendly, non-profiling customer service. But hey, at-least I was able to find a SKZ Felix photocard.

I went into this store with very high expectations as they advertised lots of stray kids merch but was very disappointed when they said they I had sold out of all the stray kids albums and only a had a small table of stray kids merch. Was also disappointed as a stay and Felix bias as they didn’t have any Felix pc accept for one it was very disappointing as I came very far to visit this place and not having what was featured online and in photos.

Beware for the redhead with glasses there if you’re new to kpop cause she gives hella attitude if you ask a question when looking for something. It’s been every time we’ve went. Yes I’m talking about the girl with the Seongwha photo card. Went there twice, one time to get something for a friend, the other time with a friend and she gave both of us attitude. Like girl don’t you want people to get into kpop? Keep Stan behavior outside of your work. I get you like Seongwha but the attitude is super unneeded, not trying to steal your bias.
