Whiskey Cake Kitchen & Bar

We had a great time! This is our second visit. This time we just asked for the first available table, and next time I will know to ask for the booth. The backs of the booths are high, and it feel very private. We had a nice table but it was in more in the open, and I would have preferred a bit more privacy. The service is wonderful and so it the food! We enjoyed it so much. T Ordering dessert is a must! Pair the Whiskey Cake with the french press coffee and its so good! I highly recommend it. Also the Cowboy Ribeye for 2 is delicious and probably all we will order in the future!

We had an amazing dinner here tonight. The steak frites had the BEST flavor. Artichoke dip was delicious. The drinks are always great! Perfect date night spot. Oh and the Whiskey Cake.. unbelievably delicious. 💗💗💗

A group of us met up for dinner here, and we had an amazing time. I will say be prepared to wait because everything we ordered took awhile to come out… However, it is definitely worth the wait. We started off with deviled eggs and candied bacon. Deviled eggs have a strong mustard flavor and candied bacon didn’t really taste all that candied, but overall good. Sweet tea could also use a little more sugar. Two of us ordered the steak frites which were perfect. The other two ordered different burgers. Both enjoyed each one. Finished with the whiskey cake, plenty for all to share and glad we did. ☺️

Always a great experience here. This place just consistently delivers. We had the cauliflower salad,beautiful presentation with that char and all the colors. Fresh, flavorful, and a great starter. The pork chop was perfectly cooked, came with a caramelized apple and greens on the side. Hearty and satisfying. And if you go, you absolutely MUST get the whiskey cake—even if you're stuffed, take it home. It's the namesake for a reason. Great food, great vibes, never disappoints.

If you are going to visit any restaurant in the city this is absolutely without a doubt one of the top 3 you need to visit. Jordan was our waiter and he was exceptional! My wife and I both got the bone in pork chop and we're just amazed at the flavor combinations of the entire meal. We topped it off with the whiskey cake which is out of this world. If I found out that tomorrow was my last day to live I would order this same meal from this restaurant as my last request. We have been to a lot of restaurants over the years that do impress us but not all the way through the entire experience as much as whiskey cake. Well done everyone!

The goat cheese fondue and Brussels sprouts were amazing. The steak was cooked perfectly just lacked flavor imo. Our waiter definitely spent more time and attention on his 8 top. We needed refills on water several times and had to wait an extremely long time. It took forever to get some ketchup as well. Our food got delivered to the wrong table and had to be completely remade resulting in waiting 45 minutes for our food with zero compensation offered. No would you like a free dessert or a free appetizer on your next trip. Not only was I a server I also managed 2 restaurants previously. I would go back. We did not have to wait to be seated as I had made a reservation.

Our first time there and it did not disappoint! Our waitress was friendly, we loved the atmosphere and the food! We got the candied bacon as an appetizer. My son got a burger, my husband got the fish and chips, I got the salmon and my daughter got the chicken and waffles. We got had to try the whiskey cake for dessert.
