The Loaded Bowl

Found this place searching for gluten free food near me. I am newly gluten free, and always looking for new places to get food! I got the Fast Food "Chicken" Sandwich and an order of fries. Plus an extra side of the Fast Food Sauce. Their chicken substitute is soy based, and fantastic! The gluten free bun was great, and the fries and sauce were also awesome. My partner ordered the Mashed Potato Bowl, which consists of rosemary mashed potatoes, their "chicken", sage gravy, cashew cheese sauce and grilled corn. It was garnished with black pepper, paprika and parsley. It was so good! Every element was perfect. We also grabbed a brownie and an oatmeal cream pie! They were also delicious! Can't wait to try more from the menu!

My boyfriend and I loved this place. He is a meat eater but enjoys eating vegan with me at times. We were blown away. Didn’t expect it to be this good. Our favorite thing was the gluten free mac and cheese. It was full of flavor and so creamy. We will definitely be back here on our next trip to OKC.

Save this place! It’s a must try if you’re in OKC. Amazing vegan spot that I’ve been coming to for about seven years anytime I’m in town. Great taste and excellent portion size. Wish they still had dining inside, but there is a nice outdoor picnic area if the weather is right.

Loaded bowl is 10/10! love that it’s all vegan and has incredible flavor. the staff was super nice & helped keep my baby occupied while we waited for our food, which maybe took 10 mins tops. we had the bbq sandwich, enchiladas, & mac. all soooo good.

I actually can't believe I waited so long to write a review of TLB. This isn't just one of my all time favorite Vegan places, it's one of my favorite places... period. Their food is so good that I've actually turned non-Vegans into regulars here. Yeah, it's THAT good. Their menu consists of a handful of core items that they build around. Not only is this a brilliant business model, it also keeps costs down for everyone. I always get the "loaded" option, and it's an absolutely massive amount of food that usually lasts me two days. I haven't ever thought to weight it, but I'm guessing it's at least a couple pounds of food. As an added bonus, their staff couldn't be more welcoming and friendly. I've literally never had a bad experience, or even a mid experience with their employees; every single time I leave with a huge smile on my face. I seriously cannot recommend TLB enough. Everyone should try this place out, even if you're not eating plant-based. Their "meat" and "cheese" will leave you craving their food forever.

The Loaded Bowl We visited this Vegan Restaurant for the first time Bought Lunch & Dinner at the Loaded Bowl in Oklahoma City, OK Cashew Cheese & Macaroni with fake-meat BBQ And veggie nachos The nachos were very good, ill order those again (and we will be back in OKC) The other, well i should have read the menu better, i saw cashew nut cheese & macaroni and not the BBQ part... i hate BBQ and i dont like fake-meat at all, any flavor, so there was no way i was gonna like half this meal I ate it anyway, and this was prob made well. But, just not my taste The deserts... got a huge rice crispy thing with chocolate on top, took three days to eat Well, they had a few day old things marked down, so that always catches my attention. .. i grabbed a strawberry & black pepper (yes black pepper) scone. .. it was awesome !!! Try new things, this was great, dry, sweet scone, with strawberry flavor and a warm black pepper after flavor, wow.. i would have never known that could be a thing, very good, try it Glad to have a vegan option when we are in town for the museum or passing through to Tulsa

Such delicious vegan food and really generous portions!!! We had enough for two meals in a loaded bowl at a really cheap price. Staff were super friendly. Overall, highly recommend and I’m so happy that you can eat delicious food without harming any animals in Oklahoma City!!!
