Hotaru

This ramen had me speechless!! The portions are massive. Totally wish I got my own bowl. The flavor in both ramens is just amazing!! I really recommend the shrimp appetizer. The photo doesn’t capture that flavor!!!!! MHMM! I will say it’s a little hard to hear because it’s a small business.

Very crowded during lunch but the food is great and very reasonably priced! Staff is very friendly and food comes out quick provided how full they are. Will be coming often for work lunch.

My husband and I had a great experience at Hotaru. Despite its smaller size, there was a steady flow of customers, which is always a good sign. We were seated quickly and our food arrived in a timely manner. We started with the fried gyoza, which I personally prefer pan-fried, but they were still pretty tasty. For entrees, I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen while my husband had the Shoyu Ramen. Both were excellent and came with a house salad with ginger dressing. The staff was friendly and the service was efficient. We're already looking forward to our next visit to try the karaage chicken and ice cream wafer sandwich!

Cozy little place for great ramen and other Asian dishes. They have an awesome crunchy chicken dish, great broths, an assortment of noodle bowls to be discovered. The staff is very friendly and the cooks are top notch and get the job done perfectly every time we visit. If it is a rainy day then come get a bowl of hot delicious noodles. Definitely a great place to go when you want some hearty broth and piping hot noodles.

I love Hotaru❤️ I had an amazing experience here. The mayo rice bowl was absolutely incredible. Honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and comforting. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The chick chick ramen was honestly a little underwhelming, but I loved the spring rolls and the chicken karaage appetizer. My friend got the Asari ramen and he loved it—the clams were fresh and the broth was very good. I probably wouldn’t come back, but it was solid! Staff was friendly and the food was fresh!

Food was good and was worth the price. Portions were big enough to fill you up as well. I loved how simple the options were but how mixed they were as well. Super simple but nothing crazy.
