The food is TERRIBLE!!!!! First time trying this place. And will be my last definitely. Ordered the War-Shu chicken (almond chicken). I cannot believe they actually don’t know how to make almond chicken. I wouldn’t even feed this garbage to my fur baby! Ate a few bites and threw the rest in the garbage. What a waste of money!!!!!!
New to the area and wanted Chinese. Ordered delivery through Door Dash and food arrived quickly and hot. We got the Krab Rangoon, fried dumplings, egg rolls, fried rice, boneless spareribs and honey chicken. I liked the rice -lots of flavor and my honey chicken was very good. I liked that the sauce was light, not drenched in super sweet honey. I also found the egg roll to be pretty good, although I can’t find the egg rolls I used to get in St. Jean, Quebec (to die for). My daughter said the boneless spareribs were very fatty and chewy and asked me to never order those again! She also didn’t like the Krab Rangoons and she said they were really just cream cheese. I’m not a huge fan of those so I can’t give my opinion on that. The fried dumplings were good, nice and crispy on the outside. Overall the food was good. I would order from there again.
I have been ordering here for some time now, years. I've never had an issue. If I order for delivery, I order through the restaurant, not a third party. Not sure why all the bad reviews, I can honestly say I've not had any issues with any of the food I've ordered.
I've been going to this restaurant for a decade or more. My obsession is their Crab Rangoon which I often just get 2 orders n eat that lol. We also love the boneless spareribs found under appetizers with white rice as the sauce is delicious on that kinda rice. Though it odd with pork fried rice though. The broccoli beef, shrimp chow mein, sweet n sour pork and wanton soups are also favorites in our home. Recently I've seen some bad reviews but look everyone this is a small family owned restaurant. The cooks can change....people have off days, crazy days n they get swamped adding stress trying to get everything out. They are regular humans not corporate zombies give them a break. They've ALWAYS fixed any issue I've had with the food! Just call and explain the issue as they are reasonable n gracious people. Me personally n my family as a whole...We're all dedicated customer for as long as they stay in business!
Worst food ever!!! My soup was like freaking jello and the chow mein looked like straight cat throw up, super slimy and so not appealing in any way.... If you wanna get sick with food poisoning or maybe even have to get your stomach pumped then I recommend this place, if not avoid like the plague. I called and they wanted me to bring the food 20 minutes back just for a refund of 6.50. STAY AWAY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
Cold, rubbery shrimp. Poor food quality. Saw a rat climbing out of outside trash can right in front of doorway to front of restaurant.
After the hurricane, I found this to be the best Chinese food in town but lately it has been terrible. Today is the last day I will order from China Wokery. The food was dried out and tasted burnt and chewy..
