Sandra was lovely and greeted me with a bright warm welcome as soon as I walked in the door. The menu is large with a variety of options, and you’ll be satisfied with whatever you order. It’s quaint and there isn’t a lot of seating, so I’d advise getting there early. Super cute coffee shop with good bites — what more could you ask for!

Love this place already but just had the most positive experience. Yuri the manager remembered that an item was forgotten in our bag from MONTHS ago and honored it today despite us not remembering. It set such a positive start to our day and I’m truly elated. Sandra is always a sunny delight at the register as well.

I visited this place about three weeks ago for the first time after someone recommended it to me and mentioned they had great açaí. Unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant. When I got in line, I didn’t realize that I needed to fill out a paper order form beforehand since it was my first visit and no instructions were provided. When the cashier, Sandra, asked what I wanted and I said açaí, she seemed irritated that I didn’t already have the form. She handed me one and told me to circle my choices. While I was selecting the items, she corrected me in a very harsh tone, saying, "Hey madam, it’s a circle, make a circle" and the way this was said made me feel embarrassed, as if I had done something very wrong. It honestly made me want to leave. I understand that everyone can have difficult days, but working with the public requires patience and kindness, especially with first-time customers who are unfamiliar with the process. Sadly, this interaction left a very negative impression, and I don’t plan to return.

I love their Acai Bowl they are loaded and yummy, worth the price! I also tried their Rum Coffee Beans(I grind mine myself). It's a great cup of Jo. I will definitely go back to try their brewed coffee. I tried the key lime tart it was just enough and just enough lime. Very yummy. Staff is super friendly. I can't remember the young lady name but she was informative about the items on the menu. I love to see when people really love what they do. You can tell when they treat their staff right. It shows automatically.

stopped by Papa Kwan’s expecting an enjoyable açaí bowl, not a lesson in how profoundly unwelcome a customer can be made to feel. The bowl itself was fine — certainly nothing worth writing home about — but the service was the true standout, offering a level of rudeness so refined it almost felt intentional. I was polite, pleasant, and apparently punished for it. The Older woman with glasses at the counter delivered curt, icy service with the kind of practiced disdain one usually reserves for telemarketers. If this is the standard here, then I’m genuinely impressed the reviews are as glowing as they are. I can only assume everyone else caught them on a dramatically better day. Regrettably, I can’t say I’ll be rushing back to test that theory.

Amazing customer service as I walk through the door I was welcomed with a bright smile, cashier was super friendly and help get my order placed right away. The coffee was amazing, and the Acai bowls was made with love. Jupiter donuts next door needs some customer service training from Papa Kwans. Thank you and will be returning.

First time visit. A cool vibe inside. Caribbean music in the airwaves. Friendly staff. I had the açaí bow custom. Not excited about filling out a form. Nonetheless, delicious and a greater portion than other popular places I’ve been. Extensive menu with great choices for all diets and palates. Loyalty program as well.
