I have eaten here multiple times and it’s always delicious. I have only ever gotten the frozen custard so I can’t say much for the other things they offer. During the warmer months they get very busy and you don’t get much time to look at the menu. Other than the lack of time to look at the menu it’s an amazing spot for ice cream.

What a unique place with good food, good service, and fair prices. We loved it; worth the visit. We each shared The Chicago Dog and the Kansas City Dog. They were so good. The worker gave us a sample of the Ole' Little Beagle sunday, the small size. The caramel and pecans were most delicious; we went back and purchased another one. The employee gave us the next size up. He definitely deserved the tip we gave. We wish there was a Scoop Dog in other locations in the west. Highly recommend to support this company. NOTE: Remember to have cash. They do not accept anything else.

The gentleman at the drive thru was very nice. I was disappointed that they don’t take walk up orders. It was our first time, we’ve driven by and just thought you could walk up to take the order. So I went thru the drive thru, circled around, parked and ate with my children. They also didn’t have a bathroom for my son to use so we had to go. We through half of their concretes away. Everything was okay, I was expecting more in the flavor dept, and felt overpriced. Two concretes, two dogs, a cone, and a large Dr Pepper was $32. Also, here’s some photos of their updated prices, June 2025. I don’t mind the cash only aspect, and I wish it were a better experience for us. I had high hopes.

It was my first time visiting this establishment so I didn’t know that they didn’t accept debit cards. I was a little bummed because I really wanted to try their food but the sweet ladies who worked there let me get my order for free. I think that that was the sweetest most kindest thing ever. They will always get my business.

This place is literally my favorite! I love the old fashion banana spilt. Service is amazing and i love this place. It is a little sad that they only take cash or checks, but that never stops me from coming. Definitely recommend this to anyone who is in town or looking for something new.

I like the chili dogs and Chicago dogs. I'm not a huge fan of the concretes simply because I feel like they could be blended better. When I got the rocky road concrete, there were small whole marshmallows throughout the ice cream instead of swirls of blended marshmallow. The oatmeal cream pie concrete also had larger pieces of oatmeal that weren't blended. Otherwise, I have no complaints. I really love the paintings. It's a very unique spot. Bring cash or check.

Great selection of dogs and concrete (ice cream) w plenty of toppings! BUT! this family friendly location does NOT accept credit or bank cards. Definitely worth the trip!
