GOGOJANG CAFE

My matcha latte was sooo good and soooo cute!! The latte art was amazing. This place is very futuristic-vibey. Fun matcha and coffee flavors. The matcha was hand-whisked and very strong. Lots of desserts to go. They have WiFi. This would be a good spot to work with a laptop. Lots of seats.

lovely and cozy korean cafe, with some seasonal ambiance <3 both my matcha (hot) and croffles were absolutely delicious. the caramel croffle was a bit sweet for me toward the end, but it is a sweet waffle covered in caramel so that’s to be expected really. i just wanted to deviate from the default sugar one haha. i also got the cinnamon sugar one and that was delicious <3 warm, perfect texture and everything, a real treat. there’s nothing left to be desired really. absolutely recommend this place!! i had drank some of my matcha before taking the photo lol, rest assured it was given to me very full :) also, look how whimsical the bathroom is… there were windchime and bird noises coming from a tiny megaphone. my type of vibe for sure lol i loved it

I love the Earl Grey tiramisu, but the matcha latte is not for me. It just tasted like milk with a sprinkle of matcha to make it green. You will love the place if you like cute themed cafés though (just skip the matcha).

Friendly peeps~ The dirty matcha espresso was so darn yummmmy 😮‍💨 The black sesame cake, croffle with strawberry icecream were also great! It’s a very charming cafe👌 They even got a disco ball in the bathroom LOL🤣

Too many tiles? Interior may be kitchen/bathroom like... but guess white and bright is today's preference. Coffee and latte nice. Tried Black sesame cookie. Soft and delicious.

My fiancée and I come here probably 2-3 times a month for a casual weekend coffee. I can’t believe that this spot only has 200 five star reviews. It’s easily the best combo of ambiance, food and coffee in midtown without a doubt and it’s reasonably priced too. It’s also one of the few coffee shops that actually has seating where you can relax and hear yourself think. I’m honestly a little worried that this place will show up on influencers’ radar and my favorite local spot will be overrun

I've only tried the cookies from here so far. But I will definitely be returning to try the cakes and croffles because the cookies are very good. I tried the black sesame, lemon earl grey, strawberry, cranberry almond and the oatmeal raisin. They were not too sweet, which means you can eat more! I especially enjoyed the black sesame and the lemon earl grey. The texture of the cookies were soft and satisfying. I would pass on the oatmeal raisin. It's too subtle of a flavor compared to your typical oatmeal raisin. The strawberry cookie was the sweetest of the 5 I tried. The inside of the cafe is nice. Friendly staff and there's a fair amount of seating. It's clean and bright. Good spot to have a chat while enjoying sweets.
