Bartender was charming and engaging, first spot I tried in NOLA and hope it spurs more local foot traffic. Compared to other venues, its a great price for craft food and drink. All the beers they sell are on draught and made by the owner!

Looking for great flavors in a fun informal setting…the roti roll up and plates are exactly what I think about when someone says fusion food…it’s like Mexico meets India meets Burma…and then there are some classic bar bites like well executed wings. And if that’s not enough it’s tucked inside a craft brewery that has some excellent brews on tap!

While I do enjoy fancy restaurants sometimes when dining with business partners, in private I prefer the casual places. And since I was only passing through NOLA, I was looking for a place close to my hotel but with take out and was glad that I found this place. I had the rice & chicken (which was delicious!) for a fair price.

Wow! What a find!! Tucked into Courtyard Brewery is this restaurant with a small but incredible menu!! We got the satsuma marinated chicken over spiced rice as well as roti roll ups. Everything was flavorful, delicious, and reasonably priced. Even the 9 month old loved it! Lol. We'll be back for sure! Update: We’re not often "regulars" at any food establishments, but we eat at Catawampus every week. The latest special is a French Dip sandwich - incredible!!! The ultimate comfort food! Another update: Wow! Owen's special tonight was absolutely incredible. The twice-baked squash, topped with toasted pumpkin seed cream and a kick of chipotle chili crisp, was perfectly tender and creamy, with layers of complex flavors that were out of this world. You have to get down to Courtyard Brewery and try this at his pop-up tonight—it's seriously that good!

I think I've died and gone to feta heaven. This isn't just good, it isn't just great: it's absolutely life-changing. ❤️ We love Catawampus ❤️

Salt and vinegar wings, OUTTA THIS WORLD! Chicken over rice and Korean wings were top as well! About to try the chicken Sammi!

Ordered the chicken roti roll up which was delicious! the chicken over rice was basically the deconstructed version. Fries were hot and crispy.
