Egg Drip

At this point, Eggdrip is basically my second home. I stay here — and for good reason. Their breakfast sandwiches are SO good it’s actually dangerous. The eggs are always perfectly soft, fluffy, and cooked just right, and the bread is unreal… fresh, fluffy, and somehow always hits every single time. I turned myself into an Eggdrip ambassador because I’ve introduced pretty much my entire family *and* my friends to it — and now they’re all obsessed too. If you haven’t tried Eggdrip yet, please do yourself a favor. Breakfast perfection, every time. 🥪✨🍳

Prices seemed a little extreme for an egg sandwich & tots. That said, it was worth EVERY penny! Got the pork belly sandwich & the amount on the sammie was surprisingly dense. Not to mention the flavor was just exemplary. The tots are well seasoned as well. Will likely become a frequent patron of this spot.

Nice egg sandwich truck. The sandwiches are great. A little on the smaller side so you'll need a side of tots to get full. There's no coffee here but there's a cafe across the street. Service was good. Friendly staff. There's street parking nearby.

We loved this place!! We arrived around 9am on a Sunday. We had no issues finding street parking. The food was so DELICIOUSSS!! My husband and I got the classic and I got the avocado one. Our food was ready in less than 15 minutes and it was hot and so flavorful! There was an outdoor seating area right next to the truck. The workers were so sweet and super friendly! We walked around the neighborhood and when we returned it was PACKED!! So arrive early bc they get busy real quick. We will definitely be back!! 10/10⭐️

First of all - I LOVE the concept of the menu and east Nashville definitely needs a place just like that! But, while I understand the probable need of saving costs at the beginning of a business there are some things that shouldn’t be compromised - The quality of the cheese is bad. These sandwiches deserve top quality cheese, and a variety of cheeses for the different combos. I got the vegetarian one with the avocado and it was all very blend because it needs a sharper tasting cheese to give it a kick. Also, they put the cheese on the avocado side rather than the egg so it didn’t melt and made the whole sandwich frozen cold! No one like cold eggs…. So that’s just an assembly issue that needs to be addressed. The ketchup was barely there. So all in all it was lacking flavor by a lot. The sitting area is nice but more tables can be added and they can be sanded and refinished to make it cleaner and nicer. All in all - as I said I love the idea and I’m looking forward to trying it again once some changes were made to bring it to a higher quality ! 🙂

Quite honestly this is the best thing I’ve eaten all year! Wow! I ordered the BEC and the truffle hash browns and both were just - dreamy. Even down to the amazing "packaging" that made the sandwich easier to eat without a mess. Beyond thrilled this place is in my neighborhood. So good cannot recommend highly enough . Go hungry!

A wonderfully delicious place to start your day! An employee recommended the "Playin' Dirty" and... wow, I was not disappointed. My partner tried the "Lé Drip" and was very pleased with this choice as well. Only downside to this visit was that they were out of truffle hash browns (</3), but don't worry, we will be back to try those!
