I had a an iced latte with banana bread syrup & vanilla cold foam (made with love). Was so good! Super friendly staff & cute location.

Tried the bacon egg and cheese with sriracha mayo and a traditional cortado—both were amazing. The sandwich had the perfect kick and was super fresh, and the cortado was smooth and balanced. We also got the espresso mule (ginger beer + espresso) and it totally blew us away—almost like drinking an espresso cola. Super unique and so good. Yes it’s a smaller spot but the vibe is really cozy and the staff was awesome. You can tell they actually care about what they’re making. Prices are fair for the quality and honestly everything tasted way better than what you’d get at a chain. Definitely coming back.

Pretty severely disappointed in this place the last 5 or 6 times I’ve been inside. Between gossiping employees that don’t acknowledge your existence to being randomly closed during business hours to shrinking their food menu to being completely out of literally everything they sell for food…. which is only like 4 things. "We’re actually out of bacon, eggs, cheese, and waffle mix." I’ve been in twice where someone in line had ordered the chicken salad and they were out on both occasions. The last time I grabbed food from here last week it was their banana muffin. It was Saturday and the muffin was already 4 days old and it was clear it was a box mix. What happened to fresh baked goods? What happened to avocado toast? What happened to the owner actually running the business and caring about it? This place used to be nice and now it seems like the owner has lost the plot. Why would I (or anyone else) want to go to a place to sit and work or journal or read or literally anything if the choices are… water and coffee. It’s sad this place has gone downhill so quickly in the last 6+ months.

Honestly such a cute little cafe, really draws you in with the service and how comfortable it is. I especially liked their iced matcha. A slightly limited food menu but everything on it is good. The place itself is also a little small, but it really adds to the charm.

The atmosphere of Coffee and Kindness is welcoming from the minute you step in, whether you are looking to grab a quick cup of coffee or sit down for lunch to get some work done. I ordered a chocolate chip muffing and vegan chili and both were excellent. The barista was so kind and provided exceptional service, taking the time to chat with each customer. I look forward to going back to this coffee shop and trying some other menu items! Would highly recommend this spot.

Great matcha latte with skim milk! Nice music and open on Sunday!
