Panera Bread

The lettuce in my sandwich was disgusting. This lettuce should not be served..period! When the lettuce is old and discolored, don’t hide it in your sandwiches. Do better! Let’s be honest..people will give poor service a pass and come back again, but poor quality of food is unacceptable and people won’t want to try again. Online order ran about 10 mins over quote time. Employees were pleasant, carry out experience and food needs improvement.

They deliver through DoorDash. When I called to check why my delivery was delayed, the manager took zero responsibility and said they have no control even though the order was placed with them and not DoorDash. I love Panera but this was the worse service I can imagine.

I'll never eat at a place that hates parents. Denying service over a child making noise is ridiculous. Poor values from a place with even worse food. Awfully bold sending away customers with children at a point in time when people have reduced the amount they eat out. The fact corporate hasn't done anything is equally ridiculous. Eat somewhere cheaper with your money and somewhere that doesn't hate children.

The decor is a bit different from what I'm used to from Ohio and Florida and I love it. It's modern yet warm. But the place is freezing. The sizes/portions are getting smaller. The worker that took my lunch order ( I was there for breakfast and lunch) acted like I have been there. She also wasn't very courteous.The worker in the morning almost threw my cookie at me. I don't think it was on purpose. Lol. I hope they are ok.

I had the French onion soup bowl. It was really good! My company was also good! Definitely recommend!

I picked up the Autumn squash soup for my wife. She loves it, but I hate the price. 😔

My favorite Panera to go to! Love getting the Roasted Turkey BLT with avocado! Their staff is super nice, always very clean, and we get our food out so quickly!! Love sitting in the two person booths and drinking my strawberry smoothie! Thank you for great food and great service!
