First time trying out this place. Very excited for all the gluten free options and non alcoholic drinks! Our waiter Remy has an amazing energy. We really enjoyed his service. We had the applesauce lemonade, which was very refreshing and tasty. The brussel sprout appetizer was so good. Just delicious flavor bombs. And the butternut squash gf pizza was very unique and tasty. We finished with the gf carrot cake and vanilla marscapone, which was devine. Highly recommend this place.

This place is amazing! If you're looking for a clean, healthy, and flavorful meal then this is your go to! The place is beautiful, the food is amazing, and our waiter, Remy "the mayor", was really awesome! 100% recommend.

Went here on our vacation after shopping trying something new and healthy. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We did outdoor by the water feature. Had jambalaya pasta, lasagna, peppermint tea, and carrot cake for desert. We loved it all. We’re sad because there is no location were we live (yet). If you go to this location as for the great waiter Remy (the mayor).

Remy was amazing! Super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience at True Food Kitchen even better. He checked in at just the right times, made great recommendations, and had such a positive attitude. You can tell he really cares about giving great service. Definitely ask for Remy when you go — he’ll take great care of you!

Had a great experience at True Food Kitchen tonight. My server Maite had a beaming energy and gave excellent recommendations that convinced me to try a few new dishes. The seasonal roasted butternut squash, teriyaki bowl, and seasonal pie were all outstanding, and the tulsi tea was the perfect finish. Fresh, balanced flavors and thoughtful service all around.

Had an amazing experience at True Food Kitchen! Everything tasted fresh, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. The service was great especially with our server Remy "the Mayor"! The Wild-Caught Tuna Bowl was outstanding, perfectly seasoned tuna, super fresh ingredients, and the regenerative black rice gave it a hearty, flavorful base. You can really taste the quality. The Chicken Parmesan was delicious and satisfying without feeling heavy — crispy, flavorful, and balanced with fresh mozzarella and sauce. The Korean Noodle Bowl had incredible depth of flavor. The broth and spices were spot on, and the noodles had the perfect texture. And the dumplings absolute must-order. Light, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You can tell they focus on quality ingredients and intentional cooking. Great atmosphere, healthy options that still feel indulgent, and food that leaves you feeling good — not weighed down. Definitely coming back.

We had a lovely lunch. The hummus is amazing and so was the Kale salad. Remy (The Mayor) was great as well. If you're in the area you must stop in for a cocktail and some food!!!
