My younger and brother and I are visiting from WA state and wanted to get something refreshing to drink after we landed. We met my sister-in-law at Mekong Plaza for dim sum and decided to get drinks from Tea Snow after. I really wanted to like this place, but overall it just missed the mark. The service was not very friendly. It felt like the staff didn’t really want to be there. My in-law asked if she could mix half mango and half peach for her smoothie and the young gal working the register told her she couldn’t and then gave my in-law a bad look and attitude. The drinks themselves were okay, but nothing special. The flavors tasted a bit off and not very balanced. The biggest issue was the toppings. They were huge. Way too big to fit through the straw, which kind of defeats the purpose of bubble tea. I ended up having to fish them out when we got back to where we were staying, which was a bit annoying. Not the worst bubble tea I’ve ever had, but definitely not one I’d rush back for. The flavors didn’t have much sweetness to them, even my young niece said she didn’t like the drinks and she usually likes everything!
My strawberry milk tea was so good! I usually don't like tea, as I think it tastes like wood. But this milk tea tastes like a milkshake on steroids! I got almost everyone in my group we went with to get some. The staff was nice and helped me around the difficulty world of ordering Boba. They also play K-pop. So while I was waiting I was dancing around to Magnetic by ILLIT. It took a bit to be ready, but it was worth the wait.
My boyfriend and I go every two months for their boba. The golden milk bubble tea is the best I've ever tasted and totally worth the 2 hour drive from Tucson to Chandler. Sure, the wait times are long, but that's because they're a small shop. I've never had an issue with our orders at all. Wish they were a little closer to home, but either than that, good things all around. I'm not a boba drinker, but this? Ten of them, please!
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Absolutely love Tea Snow at Mekong Market! The taste is amazing—every drink is full of flavor and perfectly balanced. The customer service is always friendly and helpful, and the menu has so many great options to choose from. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!
They had barely opened. Walked in with no lines and no people. Both employees were in the back. But when they came out, they were more than happy to make my drink. Very friendly staff. Nice selection of drinks that they offer. First-time visitor. I would go back just to try other drinks out. Maybe something with other choices of milk products.
This smoothie place is by far the best I’ve been to! It’s always so yummy and they have so many options. It never disappoints ❤️ The owner is also super nice! They are always playing great music too!
Avoid the coffee here! I’m visiting from LA and stopped in for a simple black coffee after dinner next door. Unfortunately, it was undrinkable. I’m not sure what was mixed in, but it had a bizarre, "funky" aftertaste that I can’t even describe. Note to self: don't order coffee from an ice cream shop!
