Tavern in the Square

Stopped in for brunch on my birthday. The service was exceptional (thanks Deanna!), the food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. Highly recommend the iced salted caramel coffee, eggs Benedict and breakfast skillet. I was so excited when the waitress said I get a complimentary bday dessert. I chose the red velvet donuts and got them to go. They were to die for and made fresh. Definitely a great spot for all sized groups, with plenty of tv’s if there’s a game and a large bar. 10/10 experience.

Great good, great service. Fun atmosphere. Yhe Korean Crispy Chicken Sandwich was excellent. Thick, juicy chicken. The sauce was pretty spicy so be prepared. Excellent simple fries as well. My wife had the fish and chips and was similarly impressed. A good sized portion. The side of coleslaw was very saucy and a very small serving (same size as the ketchup and tartar sauce), but nice. We both added the simple salad for $8. It was a nice size and well dressed with vinaigrette. The pickle carrot and radish was mild, but combined with the other ingredients elevated it beyond simple. We finished off with a shared Salted Caramel Cookie Skillet. Nice, but the cookie part was a bit too sweet for my taste.

Just like the other taverns, it was excellent. We were there to celebrate the start of 2026, and it was a great experience. The chicken quesadilla was amazing, and the alcoholic drinks were excellent as well.

this was honestly just perfect. my mom and i just split some appetizers and bella, our server, was fabulous. she was attentive and very friendly. the hostess had a positive attitude and the food was just delicious. i would highly recommend for anyone in the area!

My 71 year old dad is handicapped and Alex was our kind, excellent, funny, polite, hardworking very attentive, etc server! We had an issue and our server notified the manager on duty and he came right over to our table and fixed the issue right away! Both Tim and Alex took very very good care of us! The food was excellent the service was outstanding! I could go on and on and on it was the best food and service we have ever had in our entire lives of going out to eat at restaurants the best experience Tavern in the Square is the best!! I definitely recommend everyone going there if you want excellent food and excellent service and an excellent atmosphere with lots of TVs to watch all the sports you like also at the bar and around the restaurant! Thank you again Tim is the best manager we've ever met and Alex was the best server we've have ever met! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you from the bottom of our heart's! Our parents and my brother and I absolutely enjoyed everything from the appetizers to the main course to the dessert! I am especially grateful that my dad and mom enjoyed it because they never get out of the house who is the best family dinner we've had in a very long time! This Black and Bleu burger was a knockout. Cooked to a perfect medium, it hit that juicy-slightly-pink sweet spot, with the tangy bleu cheese and smoky bacon bringing serious flavor. The tater tots? Golden, crispy perfection—light, not greasy—and paired perfectly with the ketchup on the side. Big shoutout to Alexander behind the bar—personable, funny, and made the whole experience even better. Amazing food, great vibe, zero regrets.

Nice atmosphere for local night out for drinks and food. Got the Margaritas tower and that wasn't bad. Would recommend.
