Rich Crab is AMAZING! Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful. The crab was incredibly delicious and sweet, and the monkfish stew was rich, spicy and comforting!!! And I have to say… their house kimchi is the best in the whole Koreatown. Highly recommend if you want fresh seafood and real Korean comfort food.
The cold noodles was ok. I've had better elsewhere. The soy sauce marinated crab was ok. Not worth $50 for 1. The spicy marinated crab was much better. We spent $200 and it was not worth it.
The raw crab as signature eating with rice is incredible! Tastes are authentic! The spicy raw crab as side dish was good too. The crab stew is tender and good. Recommended for authentic Korean dishes. It’s just like home cooked food. The owner uncle and auntie were so kind to us. The place is clean and I like the cute apron and plastic gloves so you don’t have to worry about your hands and clothes getting dirty.
I like the crab marinate at this restaurant, it’s not too salty. Crabs are fresh and taste good. Services are friendly.
The service is a bit slow but the food here is SO GOOD. I would definitely come back here just to eat the soy sauce marinated crab or the spicy crab stew. When I went my friend and I got the 2-3 person combo of "kimchi pancake + spicy raw crab + soy sauce marinated crab + spicy crab soup" and it was so much good. We barely finished it between the two of us. I think the price point is good for the amount you get and would definitely recommend it.
The service here may not be the best but their soy marinated crabs are pretty darn good. When we arrived, there was no one to greet us and we had to wait a while before a server came out from the back. Once seated though, she was pretty attentive. The crabs were delicious and we were given sesame seed oil to make bibimbap with, which we really appreciated. They also provided scissors and crackers for the legs as well as gloves to squeeze the crab pieces with. The crabs were admittedly more expensive than we expected but I'd say it's worth the money. This might turn out to be a regular spot every time we visit LA!
The best marinated crab I’ve had in the States - both spicy and soy sauce. They ship the crabs from Korea! The staff are so kind, personable, and attentive. I can’t wait to come back and to bring my family and friends. 너무 맛있게 먹었어요~
