Don't really understand the negative reviews.. it's not pricey when compared to other restaurants in ktown and the quality of food is the same. I got the goat soup and the meat was tender, the soup base was flavorful, and the price reasonable!

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Korean restaurant in the food court, especially given how much I was looking forward to the meal. I understand that it was busy (it was President’s Day), and as a Korean American, I completely get how hectic Korean food spots can get during rush times. That said, being busy doesn’t excuse being rude. My seafood pancake took an extremely long time to come out — so long that the rest of my party had already finished their meals from other food court vendors by the time mine arrived. Because of that delay, I wasn’t able to finish my food. The pancake was $20, which isn’t cheap for food court dining. When I politely asked about the delay, it seemed to offend the staff. The two women working at the front that day were extremely rude and dismissive. To make things worse, when I asked for a to-go container since I couldn’t finish (due to the late timing), they flat-out refused. I tried to explain the situation calmly, but they were unwilling to accommodate. It’s really not hard to be kind and respectful to customers. A little politeness and basic customer service would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the attitude completely overshadowed the food. I won’t be returning

Unfortunately the low rating for this food court restaurant is absolutely correct. The attitude of the ladies working there is pretty awful. Food takes a long time to come out. Taste is mediocre. And price isn’t the friendliest (for a food court). They’ll charge extra for take out containers/to go orders as well. Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere else.

The food is okay, depending on whos in management that day, they open at 10am. Sometimes they open at 11:30am. So be aware, of their time changes. Even though on Google (as of me making this post) they open at 9:30am. I had to wait over an hour to get my food. Food was a little dry.

The Bibimbap is so good. Not much meat at all (ONE OUNCE) but the meal includes soup and kimchee.

This place had AMAZING Dolsot Bibimbap. The portion sizes are MASSIVE, the food came out hot and fresh. The only thing is, it took a while to come out but I think that’s because they make it on the spot and the taste was definitely worth the wait. It’s a place in the koreatown plaza mall, and I’d say the koreatown plaza food court is a pretty good court court compared to other food courts in ktown. I would probably share a dish with someone else if you’re getting gamja bawi because I wasn’t able to finish everything. But it definitely tasted authentic and it was just super flavorful. A bit in the pricier side though but since portions are big it makes sense.

under $20 for a meal, still a bit pricey. had to wait over 30 mins. great gahm ja tang soup but I bet they used frozen meat. the meat had distinctive previously frozen meat smell & taste.
