Cha Cha Boba Tea. Co

ChaCha is seriously the BEST boba in Little Rock and I will stand by that every time. I have tried so many places, but nothing compares because they actually focus on the TEA and you can taste that immediately. My go to is the Jasmine Green Milk Tea because it is so smooth and fragrant, and it just makes my day better every time I get it. I also love the Assam Milk Tea when I want something stronger, and the Dirty Brown Sugar is so rich and comforting when I need a treat. The Vanilla Matcha and Matcha Vanilla Milk Tea are creamy and not bitter at all which I appreciate so much, and the Taro Taro Milk Tea and Thai Tea Milk Tea are both so flavorful and nostalgic. When I want something lighter, I get the Peach Lychee Green Tea or the Pineapple and Passionfruit Green Tea and they taste so fresh and real. Even their Mango Tango and Lychee Strawberry smoothies are SO good. The boba pearls are always perfectly chewy which matters more than people think. This is honestly the only boba place I pay an extra ten dollars on DoorDash just to get because it is THAT worth it. I genuinely love this place and every time I take a sip I am like yes this is what boba is supposed to taste like!

I’m not really a tea person, but I’ve tried their shakes and smoothies and they’re amazing! My favorites are the Mango Tango and Peachy Lychee smoothies, and the Mocha Cocoa shake. I also love the cozy ambience and how warmly they greet every customer. Always a great experience!

Today, I drove from Memphis to Little Rock, Arkansas, in search of a good bubble tea shop, and I came across this one online with amazing reviews for its flavors and service. The owner is incredibly kind and friendly. She made my Dirty Brown Sugar Boba Tea and Black Sesame Tea perfectly—not overly sweet like many other shops—and they use non-dairy milk instead of whole milk, which I really appreciated. I was also impressed by how thoughtful she is in running her shop. When I asked about a restroom, she kindly guided me to a small bathroom next to the shop and even unlocked it for me. The portable heater in there was such a nice touch, especially since it had snowed over the past few days. Overall, I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

(Bowman location) I want to start by saying that the young lady working at the front was very sweet and kind. She was polite and professional, and I truly appreciated her attitude. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner completely changed how I feel about this place. My two-year-old daughter accidentally bumped into a glass doll that was placed standing right by the entrance. She is very small, and it was clearly an accident. The doll fell and broke, and my daughter even hurt her hands a little (thankfully it wasn’t serious). Instead of asking if my daughter was okay, the owner, Ashley, immediately became very rude. She started yelling at her employee, even though it wasn’t the worker’s fault. She then began blaming my toddler, saying she pushed it or was playing with it, which was not true — she simply bumped into it and it fell. Ashley claimed the item cost $800 and demanded $200 from me, threatening to call the police if I didn’t pay. I was shocked by how the situation was handled. Accidents happen, especially with young children. If something truly costs that much and is fragile, it should be properly secured — especially if it’s placed right by the door where customers walk in and out. This could have happened to anyone. What upset me the most wasn’t the broken item — it was the complete lack of concern for my child’s safety and the way the situation was handled. I hope they reconsider how they display fragile items and how they treat customers in situations like this.

Favourite boba place fr. They’re both super nice and are always happy to see my friends and I when we come back. Every drink I’ve had has been perfect and they’ve got the best coffee jelly. I’ve tried at least half the menu and every drink is a hit. They’ve got a bear cup and a bucket that you can buy and bring back to reuse too.

This is the best boba tea shop in all of Arkansas! The owner is the sweetest woman and the drinks are absolute perfection every single time. We’re in AR every few months and have to stop in every time. Truly the best!
