Ramen Hakata Lewisville

Pretty disappointing ramen for me. It’s edible but definitely needs flavor development in the broth, for both the vegetarian and meat versions. When adding corn to ramen you need to boil it in broth before adding it in order to get rid of the canned taste.

Always make the effort to come while in DFW area. Feels like you are actually in Japan! The gluten free noodles are some of the best I've ever had and truly make the ramen feel unique.

My partner and I love this place! Everything you see here in these photos are our favorites: Yuzu Soda, Shishito Peppers, fried Gyoza 🥟, Katsudon, and the Shoyu ramen. 🍜 😋

Ramen Hakata in Lewisville was a wonderful experience! My boyfriend and I shared a warm, comforting meal filled with our favorite flavors!! Made it feel like the perfect outing. I'm usually loyal to the Addison location, but this was my first time at the Lewisville spot, and it absolutely hit the spot just as well! The broth was rich, the noodles cooked to perfection, and the toppings were fresh. On top of the amazing food, the service was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for enjoying a relaxing meal. I only wish I lived closer so I could visit more often. Definitely worth the trip for any ramen lover!

Ramen Hakata Lewisville, is a true gem. I ordered the Tsukemen and my wife ordered the Nagasaki Seafood Ramen. Both looked appetizing and tasted amazing! The portions were a surprise. Very adequate for the price. We chased these down with cold ucc oolong and green tea. Finally, after our meal, we ordered the Monaka Green Tea ice cream sandwich. What a savory and refreshing dessert. We will definitely return to Ramen Hakata!

Stopped by for dinner on Valentine's day. It wasn't so busy and we were seated very quickly. The staff were also prompt and checked in on us often. The ramen wasn't so bad but it also wasn't on our top list either. Spicy chicken had a nice kick to it. I think the secret sauce is gochujang based. There's plenty of parking available too

Went there for the first time and ordered the R7 (spicy tuna don) and I was not disappointed!!! The side of the Udon broth was like something I've never had. I literally would've been satisfied off the broth alone if I knew it would fill me up for the day. Go try try this place!!!!
