Panda Express

1st time going to any Panda Express and I was very disappointed. Got beef and broccoli with white rice which is about the most basic of Chinese food and the broccoli was so under cooked I could barely chew it. And the customary brown garlic sauce tasted nothing like garlic. The flavor was just off. The white rice was fine but the sauce made it taste bad. I ended up throwing my food away. My Sprite was the best tastung part of my meal. Extremely disappointed, I'll stick with an authentic Chinese restaurant in the future instead of a chain. The ragoon was ok i guess.

Update your HOURS and stick to them!! If you close at 9:30 pm, why is there no food at 8:45 pm? The staff is cleaning up early and not replenishing food. Just terrible, just close! And don't be ridiculous and ask if I want sides, when you don't have any thing except crab rangoons!!!

Came in at 8:10 over an hour until close and only had shrimp, lo mein, and ragoons. I asked if there was any beef and broccoli and they promptly told me "no, we can make some but it will be the last batch of the night". Making us second guess closing time. I never want to be rude especially if it’s the end of someone’s shift, so I told them I would just take the shrimp and to not worry about it. That’s when I noticed the two employees fist bumping each other with excitement by my answer. When I checked online it says CLOSES AT 9:30. I work in the service industry and this is completely unacceptable to make your customers feel as though you don’t want to provide the simple service that you are getting paid to do. ESPECIALLY IF ITS OVER AN HOUR UNTIL CLOSE.

I had dinner plate with almond shrimp, teriyaki chicken and fried rice. I also had the cream cheese Rangoon. Everything was very tasty. I needed to add a little soy sauce to the rice for my taste. Service was good.

I go to Panda Express once a week. Every time I go the staff is friendly and kind!! The food is fresh, steaming hot and delicious!! I get a kids meal due to the large portions , it is just as delicious!! Keep up the good work TEAM.!!! You are doing a great job!!

Stopped by here for lunch. Ordered a bowl with 1/2 Chow Mein and1/2 Fried Rice and Cream Cheese Rangoon. Glad I was eating in because my order was incorrect. I was given Orange 🍊 Chicken instead of Beijing Beef. Walked up to the counter to alert staff. Keyvon quickly stepped up and corrected the order with an apology and a smile. Really appreciated the customer service from him. Quality of the food was cool. Overall a decent experience and that's only because Keyvon stepped up to take care of me as the customer and did so in such a pleasant manner. Thank you!

We loved! It was my first time trying this place and I really enjoyed it The food is good and abundant The service is great I Got the chow mein and nothing needed to be added it came with veggies and flavor. Nice food for a cheap price
