We recently visited with our family, and from the moment we walked in, we were impressed. This place is exceptional in every way—100% halal, incredibly clean, and genuinely welcoming. If you’re looking for a peaceful, family-friendly spot with amazing food and service, this is it. The cleanliness really stood out—it’s immaculately maintained, something that’s unfortunately rare to find these days. The owner and staff are warm, knowledgeable, and truly helpful. You don’t feel like a customer—you feel like a guest in someone’s home. It’s not easy to find high-quality halal meat in the area, let alone a place that offers premium cuts like Ribeye Prime, Brisket, Tenderloin, Lamb Rack, and even chicken tenders—all halal, and all incredibly flavorful. Everything we tried was perfectly seasoned using organic, chemical-free herbs—you can actually taste the difference. Another thing we loved was the variety. You can order delicious cooked meals and enjoy them on-site, or take home raw or marinated meats ready for the grill or oven. We dined in and the experience were fantastic. Despite the high quality, the prices are very reasonable, especially compared to other places offering much less. And it’s not just the food—the service is outstanding. The staff took time to answer our questions and gave great recommendations with genuine care. Located in Leander, it’s super convenient if you’re coming from Cedar Park or Northwest Austin. I had reviewed this store when it first opened a year ago and felt it deserved an update because of the many improvements since then. The owner, Manashi, has really listened to customer feedback - reworking the store layout for easier browsing, curating bestsellers, offering complimentary masala chai while you wait (so good!), and even adding cooked meal options for dining in or pickup. While I haven’t tried the cooked food yet, I’m a weekly regular for their marinated and fresh meats - our family especially loves the butter chicken, chicken wings, and pomfret. We’ve recommended this place to many friends who’ve all thanked us for it. Their new direct delivery option by in-house staff is also a thoughtful addition. Highly recommend!

I had been driving by this place for weeks, always curious what they had going on. And I am SO GLAD I finally stopped by. Manashi was incredibly welcoming and informative. I learned about many of their worldly spices and quality sourced meats. I had the Jamaican Jerk boneless chicken thighs which were juicy and spicy and so flavorful, along with the saffron rice which was so aromatic. I will 100% be returning to explore the rest of the menu, which features Mexican, Portugués, Lebanese, African and more!

My favorite new place for marinated and raw meats. Picked up their lamb rack in the Moroccan rub and it smoked perfectly. The owner is super sweet and really helpful with answering any questions. The inside is beautifully designed.

My hubby and I went it to get dinner to bring next door to the rabbit hole so we could enjoy a cocktail. His chicken was way over cooked and my filet was very dry, but the people were very sweet so when my son called as he wanted me to bring him dinner I figured lets give it one more shot. Got it home and he almost threw up when he found a hair in his kebab. We will NEVER go back in!!

BBQ Boutique is the best thing to happen to the Austin area in sometime. This is an amazing store where you can find the most deliciously marinated meats, fish and vegetarian options. I personally have tried about 8 different items from chicken to seafood to red meats and some vegetarian options. Each one had the most unique and different flavors. And so easy to cook, all you have to do is pop it in the oven or grill and .…Tada dinner is ready! Credit goes to Manashi, the owner, for crafting these amazingly flavorful marinades. Dinner time has definitely gotten easier and more delicious!
