Sarku Japan

I know that price went up but why does the portion size have to go down. I don’t get why is the rice is on all the divider in the Togo box. It use to be 2 side is rice and the other side is chicken…. Very skimpy and it’s not the same as before…. Also what’s the point of the rewards if it’s not on my receipt. I’m thinking the scanner doesn’t work or the cashier delete it when scanned. This is the second time I didn’t get my reward points.I try calling the customer service number it doesn’t work. I called the store and no answer. I’m just going to delete the app and move on.

Food was fresh and cooked in front of you. The chiefs were really nice and friendly. They cared that you would like the food and were quick to making the food. Only down side I had was that they were out of fish to make sushi but would most certainly go back to eat that when I can.

Best food and service on Ft. Sill! I've only really had Josè make my order and you can't go wrong when he's on the grill, friendly and funny. Everyone there deserves a raise. If I have the money to spend, I'm spending it at Sarku. Stay blessed.

Jose the Chef was amazing. Always great quality. Homemade salsa. Can’t beat that. He’s a master on the grill chopping it up. If he ain’t grilling, it’s not sizzling. If it ain’t Jose’s there no other way, no thank you. Will be back.

Perhaps one of the best Exchange food restaurants on the west side of the PXTRA building, & the employees of Sarku Japan, know how to make some great Japanese food, especially when served hot and ready!

Jose and Andrea are the best and their customer service is the best. If you want good food and great atmosphere this is the place to go. If you’re lucky you can enjoy Jose’s jokes while waiting for your food.
