Mr. TOFU

First off, I want to state that I am Korean. I can speak, write, read, and am from the Northern Virginia area where there are plenty of Korean restaurants. THIS restaurant is literally the best place I’ve ate while I’ve lived here in the United States. The amount of side dishes (good tasting too) and the quality of the rice and dishes are TOP notch. For the price, you cannot beat the quality and taste anywhere. Trust me!

Yummy food with the great service. The tofu soup comes with complimentary 15 sides that have unlimited refills. I tried tofu soup with seafood and my husband tried a combination tofu soup. Both were delicious, hot and had lots of flavor. Would definitely be back here again for another lunch. The atmosphere is quiet and pleasant for a conversation. The service was kind and super friendly.

I understand it is busy in lunch time . But I waited sooooo long to order. The worse thing is the food I order not good 😭😭😭 tastes so weird. I ordered pork rice. $19. It is not worthy at all. The rice so stinky and sticky. I probably don’t come again.

Overall we had a good meal. The side dishes are amazing and the spicy bulgogi was on point, unfortunately my wife seafood tofu soup left us wanting. I'm not sure if they just overloaded the soup with tofu but the soup flavor was almost washed completely out by the tofu. That said one miss in a veritable plethora of options isn't bad. We'll likely eat here again, but will steer clear of the tofu soup.

The food was ok. One dish didn’t look nothing like the picture on the menu. The server said it’s the same 🤦‍♂️. Services were below par and the price is high. Over price for sure. They also charge you more for using credit card.

The servers were friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent with many delicious side dishes (Ban-Chan). The tofu soup and the seasoned raw crab were simply amazing. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

If you enjoy banchan (side dishes), this place will NOT disappoint! The place was clean, and food very tasty. Bring a big appetite! Well done Mr. TOFU.
