AlleyWay Asian Cuisine Hot Pot

This was my second time here, and I'd been thinking about coming back ever since. Last time, my kid and I shared the Tonkotsu hot pot and the stinky tofu appy. It was the first time we ever tried either, and we both loved it!! This time, we ordered the stinky tofu again and tried the Sukiyaki hot pot. We loved it!! I was having the best time with all the different ingredients in the hot pot. I especially enjoyed the beef, mushrooms, tofu, imitation crab and meatballs. The garlic sauce that they have available on the table is tasty, but food tasted great straight out of the hot pot, too. The waitress said everything was already cooked in the hot pot, which is nice, so we don't have to worry about whether something is cooked yet or not. Everything was so delicious, and we will be back!!

Beautiful presentation. Extremely delicious. Very attentive staff. Restaurant was very clean too. More than enough to eat. Only $24. We’ll be back.

I recently discovered Alleyway, and I must say it’s become my favorite hot pot spot in the Las Vegas area. I've been to several other places around town, but none have matched the cleanliness, quality, and level of service that this restaurant consistently provides. The space is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming dining environment. The service here is also outstanding. On both of my visits, we were taken care of by two kind and attentive staff members. They were courteous, checked on us several times throughout the meal, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. As for the food—absolutely delicious. I’ve tried both the Szechuan Spicy and Korean Kimchi broth bases, and each one was packed with rich, bold flavor. My friend ordered the Stinky Tofu base, and I got to sample it. t was surprisingly tasty, with a deep and complex flavor that wasn’t overpowering at all. The spice levels were perfectly balanced, enhancing the overall experience without overwhelming the palate.I already know what I’ll be ordering on my next visit! Whether you're a hot pot lover or trying it for the first time, I highly recommend giving Alleyway a visit. It’s a gem in the Las Vegas food scene and definitely worth checking out.

I came here due to the reviews and they are right! I had the chicken and green bean lunch with fried rice. Let me tell you, it is rare to have a Chinese place do fried rice right (as a side dish). It had the wok hey (charred) flavor that I love with stir fry dishes. It’s a great deal too for lunch. I also had the garlic pork belly-so good with the garlic sauce that they have on the table. Next time that I am in town, I will try the hot pot. Cute decor, fast and friendly service and great food. Love it

This place was amazing! Service was on point, food tasted great, fresh, hot, and delicious! This place atmosphere was great too. Place is a GEM! We got the lunch bundle about $13/person. Great deal, food smelled good too.

Alleyway Hotpot – Henderson Location ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) for Sea salt tomato cream broth Craving hotpot? Alleyway Hotpot in Henderson might be worth checking out if you’re in the area! I first tried Alleyway at their Southwest location and really enjoyed the Szechuan spicy broth—it had that bold, flavorful kick that kept me coming back. This time, I visited the Henderson spot and opted for the Sea Salt Tomato Cream broth. I requested the same ingredients typically found in the Kimchi pot, just paired with a different broth. Unfortunately, this combination didn’t quite hit the mark. The flavor was a bit underwhelming, and it got boring after just a few scoops. It lacked the depth and excitement I was hoping for. On the bright side, the menu here offers more variety beyond hotpot, so if you’re dining with someone who isn’t into hotpot, they’ll still find something to enjoy. Would I go back? Maybe—but I’d definitely stick to the Szechuan broth or something else next time.

This Alley Way restaurant served me the best and I do mean the best Chinese food I’ve eaten probably for the last 15-20 years. Thank you for the great tasting food, the courteous and professional service from staff and the chef back there making all the magic happen. I ordered the chicken fried rice (unbelievably good), the pepper and salt wings, the orange chicken and the beef with string beans…all dishes were delicious and cooked to perfection.
