Flame Broiler

This store doesn’t want customers. I came on Oct. 7th at 8pm and the doors were locked. This was a Tuesday, a whole hour before closing time. Online and on the window it said this place closes at 9pm. There were two workers in the store that saw and ignored me as I tried to get in. The looked like they were cleaning and getting ready to close. Don’t waste your time coming here, you’re just gonna be ignored.

My friend and I have been to this location a couple times, since it's near her place. It's always really nice and the food was good for us.

It looks good but there is something strange about the food and drink, which tastes old. The place also has something off, I don't know what is it, I wouldn't go back.

Woman was texting while I ordered… WHILE I ORDERED. The whole time I was there she didn’t stop. The food wasn’t filling for the price. The quality has gone down a lot lately. This used to be my go to.

The food is very tasty, but the treatment and service that Susana and Angel always give us makes the food taste better.

Hair in my food. Yuck. Threw the whole bowl away,didnt even get to take 1 bite.

Staff was not friendly and I notice the cook added some chicken to an already cooking chicken . I didn’t think much about it until I got home and started eating my chicken bowl and notice my chicken was cold, I must have gotten that uncooked chicken. I hope I don’t get salmonella from eating uncooked chicken . The bowls are not cheap you would expect a well cooked chicken and them not taken any health risks. I will never go back to this location. I hope management reads this.
