Britt's Cafe - South Lakeland

First time at Britt's this morning. We were pleasantly surprised by most everything, including how nice we were treated so we will definitely be back. We arrived around 9:30am, so it was busy. People were dining inside as well as outside. There was just two of us and a small table for two was empty by the door. We didn't have to wait long before our server took our drink order. The coffee, just plain coffee, was good. My daughter has a breakfast cuban with hashbrowns and it was fresh and delicious. I had three eggs with bacon and an English muffin. All served hot and fast. Again, I can't say enough about the staff. All seemed to be on top of their game and k ow a thing or two about customer service. The restaurant itself is sort of like a galley style design, so I could see larger groups having to wait for a couple tables to be combined to accommodate them. Outside dining gives more room it looks like. Anyway, this is a great breakfast spot.

First time for me to visit this Cafe. My breakfast sandwich was awesome, along with the service and everything else that matters when you sit down to eat anywhere. Someone greets you immediately, gets your coffee and takes your order with a beautiful smile, so that you know they enjoy their job and don't consider you a nuisance. Thank you so much for treating me kindly.

This was my first time at Britt's and I was very pleased. The food was phenomenal, and it's very clean when you walk inside. My waitress Rebecca was very kind and put me first, not trying to upsell specials or anything I wouldn't want. I had a request with my order and she ensured its accuracy. It was cooked in adequate time and exactly as ordered! The interior décor focuses on America first, and we need more people today who genuinely appreciate our country. Decided to come here for lunch after encountering a bad experience at a nearly chain restaurant. Really glad I did, and I will be returning!

Great Friday Fish Fry. Their other food is pretty awesome also. As for the fish, it was crispy and full of flavor. I’ve had plenty of Friday Fish Fry’s in the area and this is probably the top for me. If you haven’t tried it, it’s a must. Go! You won’t be disappointed.

They have delicious cornmeal white fish, sweet coleslaw slaw and crisp french fries (no grease). Hubby had grits instead of fries and he loved them. Their cornbread is light, fluffy and sweet. Fridays they have fish dinners and all you can eat fish. The breakfast here is also exceptional. I've had hamburgers and they are delicious. All in all this is a very good little diner with exceptional food and friendly service.

Everything was delicious. Our server, Rebecca, has a great attitude and was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and how to give a deal on the meal we wanted. Their Philly steak was wonderful!

Great experience! We always choose a mom and pop place. Although they may have a few locations, I'd still consider this a one of a kind place. Definitely had great food, fast service. Dining room inside was packed. Tons of tables free outside. The wraps come fully packed. Definitely enough to share!
