The food at Oceano was amazing and the service once we were seated was just as great. Everything is served family style, which made it fun to share. We had one of the gourmet pizzas, the crab fried rice, pork belly, ceviche, and the rigatoni, and every dish was delicious. For dessert, we ordered the blueberry crumble and the peanut butter cookie banana ice cream that our server recommended, and they were the perfect ending to the meal. Even though they were very busy, the atmosphere was lively and our server handled everything beautifully. The only downside was the hostess stand. We had a reservation but waited about 20 minutes past our time. The women at the front seemed frazzled and were rude when we asked about being seated. The hostess called our name while we were waiting outside, and as soon as we heard it I started walking up. Before we even had a chance to respond, she turned to another hostess and said, "guess not," as if we hadn’t shown up. It felt like she didn’t wait even a moment for us to acknowledge that we were there. Front of house is just as important in setting the tone for the night. Overall, the food and table service were outstanding and we would definitely return.

Food was excellent, service was outstanding. Thanks to Will our server who made our evening very special. We ordered the local fish ceviche, pork belly salad, pizza, wagyu rigatoni, king salmon, and the carrot zucchini cake. Everything was delicious. It is loud inside so we were happy to be sat on their back patio for a more relaxed experience. We will be back.

We had our office holiday dinner on Friday night. The newly renovated restaurant is beautiful. I love the light colors and modern design. They have a nice outdoor seating area in the back. They seved family style and their menú changes regularly. We had the Hawaiian walu crudo, the Korean style steak tartare, a wood fired mushroom and a tomato basil pizza, gnocchi with wagyu short rib ragout l, orecchiette with clams and Australian wagyu NY strip steak. Every dish was absolutely delicious. Each dish with different flavors and textures. I'm not a fish lover, but walk crudo was amazing. The Australian wagyu cooked to a perfect medium rare and so tender it almost melted in your mouth. We finished off our exquisite meal with a chocolate banana cake with coffee ice cream and a tiramisu martini.

We had a lovely anniversary dinner here. At 6pm on a Friday, the indoor tables were full but there was open seating out back and at the bar. The menu had a nice selection of seafood, Italian fare and creative vegetables. I’m rating it a 4 because our service was mediocre. The were members of the team who were energetic and attentive but our server was felt like we were unconvincing her. Additionally, I don’t think the dinner was a great value. A $40 pasta dish with basic ingredients, though delicious, is priced about 30% higher than I would have paid at a nice Italian restaurant. I feel like they’re pricing for a Michelin-style experience without the Michelin star. Great date night place, Nonetheless.

Ahhh, Lake Worth Beach. You won't have a hard time finding a fun, casual, we'll priced restaurant, but what about upscale, unique, and pricey? Enter Oceano. Recently making the move from a 40 seat location to the current 140 seat spot, Oceano hasn't missed a beat. We sat up front, and watched as there was a constant flow of patrons throughout the night. Our server Drew (a deep diver) was quick to point out that it is hard to have favorites when everything is fresh and meticulously prepared. Nice touch that they offer still or sparkling water at no cost. The menu changes regularly, as proof of their commitment to working with the freshest ingredients. Oceano encourages sharing, and I will say, it worked well. For six, we ordered lightly cured hamachi (Asian prep), tuna ceviche, French onion pizza, rigatoni tomorrow, orechiette w seafood bolognese, long island duckband east coast halibut (nicely done, but i prefer alaskan!) All dishes were well presented, flavorful (one vote for over salted), and unique. We tried a couple of the desserts, which didn't live up to the rest of the meal, but were a nice finish. Specialty drinks were $20. I had a cucumber and watermelon collins. It was fine. The hendricks and soda following was solid. If you are a foodie, Oceano will not disappoint, and is certainly a one-off for the area. Check it out now before high season, because tables will be hard to come by!

One of my favorite restaurants in South Florida. Having known them for years in their much smaller, cash only location, they’ve since grown to a fabulous and trendy, almost Scandinavian designed restaurant in Lake Worth. Make a reservation and you’re definitely in for a treat. Hand crafted cocktails, a rotating fresh and unique menu with outstanding homemade desserts. They always feature some shareable appetizers, upscale pizzas and pastas, and superb main dishes. I highly recommend, but I almost wish they were less busy so I could keep this gem of a restaurant a secret!

Loved the freshly made pasta. We tried the pizza too and it was really tasty. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone
