Noodles and Company

This was only my second time eating at Noodles & Company. My first visit was at the Dr. Phillips location. This second visit was at the Loop location, and I will never go back. The entire place was filthy. Every table was dirty and not wiped down, and the dish area was overflowing and stacked with dirty dishes. I wiped my own table just to be able to sit down. The food was average, but the cleanliness issues made it hard to even eat. On my way out, I tried to use the restroom and couldn’t. I checked every stall looking for one that was even remotely usable. They were disgusting. One stall had visible menstrual residue, with dirty toilet paper and paper towels littered. The stall doors and surfaces looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I walked right back out without using the bathroom. This location should honestly be inspected by the county because the level of unsanitary conditions around the restaurant is unacceptable and feels like it would result in multiple violations. The only positive part of my visit was the cashier, who was polite

I stop coming because I thought was good was overpriced, but today my experience is excellent, food delicious and the men with glasses and dark grey polo is amazing, he maid my experience delightful. Thank you .

I’m a big fan of noodles, especially when it comes to comfort food. This place usually delivers on that front. You’d be surprised how bad Mac and cheese can be, but it’s a staple at noodle restaurants. The staff here is generally friendly, though the cleanliness isn’t always top-notch. I’ve seen them try to clean, but their vacuum sounds like a fire alarm.

This location is easy to find and has outdoor seating as well. Clean store. Clean restrooms. The team behind the counter working together, polite and professional. A little "play area" of sorts just outside the outdoor dining area for the kids too.

Not at all what I expected. All of the food was bland with an odd watered-down flavor. Really bad, not sure how it's rated at four stars. My first visit will probably be my last. Best way to describe the food would be at a school cafeteria level. The employee at the register was attentive and answered all of our questions. He was the only positive in the entire experience. Skip it.

Not good. They scam the system by pressing the order "ready for pickup" and when you arrive, you wait additional 20 min for it. My order was ready at 12:35 and I’ve got it at 12:55 only. It was not cooked and still seasoned even tho I’ve indicated no seasoning. Employees are slow and inefficient. The place is dirty. Lines at the store since one employee is packing pick up orders/checking them a doing cash register for walk in customers. Obviously the concept of hygiene while touching food/closing leads and taking cash is non existent. Stay away.

First time visit and the food was great. I ordered the Korean noodles and my wife got the Orange Chicken. We both finished out meals completely and only had garlic bread left over. The prices are far as each small serving was about $10. Customer service was really good and patient as we explored and asked questions about the menu. Overall great experience and I will try them again if I am in the area.
