So I had a Dunkin coffee and the owner from inside made the waitress come out and give me a cup to put it in because my Duncan cup offended people apparently… Again, I was sitting outside… I thought that was absurd. I have two young children and you’re gonna bother me about putting my coffee from one cup to another… Get out of here… I want to place it to go order another time. They left me on hold and completely forgot about me then when I went to call back to place the order, the phone was still off the hook from the first time… And ended up having to drive to place my order because if you place an order online, they charge you a stupid service fee and me paying over $20 for a sandwich is just crazy… And then to top it off, the parking lot is really tight and I got hit into from some old senile person that had a passenger and their windows down and even when I was blasting my horn saying hey don’t continue backing up that wasn’t enough and still got whacked into… Their food is amazing which is why I keep coming back… But everything else about this place is subpar at best

This was my first visit to Susie Q's with a friend and our dogs. We sat outside with the beautiful atmosphere of the umbrella tables that was very clean and presentable. We had excellent service from Robert who was very attentive. He even brought us water for our dogs. The food was excellent and well portioned and the price was right. The entire staff were great the food was hot and served in a timely manner. This place is great and I highly recommend it. Very wide variety of food on the menu for breakfast and lunch. I shall return and bring more people to a beautiful place like this.

Hometown diner, definitely has the feel. Food is passable, not even described as "good"…expect it to be worse than what you could make in your kitchen. It’s the bare minimum, but people keep coming back so why make it better? If you’re looking for a high quality breakfast that makes you say "WOW" this is not it. It’s like your dad who cooks once a year made you breakfast. Service is extremely unwelcoming, has the vibe of "you’re disturbing me for ordering food". If this fits your hometown diner nostalgia though, go for it!

The food is good but highly overpriced. Even for Jupiter. The average price for 2 for breakfast is about $40, before tip and tax. It's a diner, not fine dining. The wait staff are older and while friendly-ish, they are much nicer to their regulars. We only go once a month or so. We see the difference in the way we are treated.

When I was walking in, one of the staff members was walking in before me. She turned and looked at me and dropped the door in my face. That wasn't the best start. There is a sign that says seat yourself. Service was pretty quick, but my eggs in my $17 benedict were undercooked. The white was watery. Also on of the sides barely had any salmon. The hash browns and hollandaise sauce just looked off to me, like a cartoon. It was just not right for some reason. My $5 small cup of OJ was pretty good. The server let me know I could pay at the register. After tipping $3, its was over $25 for sub par food, service and atmosphere. Won't be back 😔 unfortunately... still looking for a good diner around.

This little hidden gem is amazing! Everytime I'm in town, I have to stop in there for some fantastic dishes. It's a diner and the menu is extensive. You want breakfast? They have so many to choose from, eggs, omelettes, pancakes, oatmeal, to even scrapple (jk, I might have read it wrong, they don't have scrapple.) Is it lunch you're after? They have everything from salads, sandwiches, burgers, and everything in between. It might take you a bit to look at the menu. You have so many options. They are only open for Breakfast and Lunch. So get there before 2pm (hours might differ from when I posted this). Don't take my word for it, go check them out.

I usually head over to Berry Fresh, The Center Street Nook, etc. Breakfast is like Mexican food.... doesn't matter what you get it's all the same ingredients. Everywhere was full today so decided to try Suzy Q restaurant and is was horrible. There is no atmosphere or charm. The staff is rushed and worn down. The prices don't justify the quality. Also I ordered a breakfast skillet and it was the saddest skillet I have ever seen. Just food thrown in a plate. Breakfast skillet are supposed to come in a skillet....a nice hot sizzling skillet pilled nicely. This was opposite of that. See attached picture. The skillet was so sad. It's comparable to ordering a Moscow Mule and receiving it in a cup instead of a copper mug.... it's like ordering a Aperol Spritz and receiving in a cup instead of a glass. Everything was so sad here, the food, the people, the ambience. Felt like a nursing home. I almost walked out but stayed for the sake of my family. It's sad to go out and there be no character or presentation for the food you are receiving. But yet again most people eating here wouldn't understand that anyways. I give this place a -5 stars.
